Room was clean but the bathroom wasn’t that clean. One day cleaning lady came but second day she didn’t until we took toilet paper from the stroller. During changing towels she took two and gave us back one. For the last day the Wi-fi was also not working. Also metro is 20 minutes from hotel.

The staff was very helpful, we were offered water everyday and our room was cleaned consistently, the bathroom was very nice and the television worked well, lots of space to put your luggage and belongings. Negatives were that there was no fridge and there was a constant bad smell (like diapers) coming from the pipes in the bathroom. Even with the windows open the smell still stayed and welcomed us when we came back to our room. The price a night was good, would recommend if you want to stay in this area of Hangzhou.

房間裏有蒼蠅在飛，床單上有黃色污漬，淋浴設施是不封口的，拖鞋是循環利用的，牆壁是有污垢的，燈光設施是簡陋的，酒店是割裂的，1號樓和2/3號樓完全不是一個檔次的，2號樓撲面而來的奇怪味道，體驗感是極差的，不會再來👎

前台態度一點不好，房間衞生也不太好，很多灰塵，入住當天跟前台説要兩雙拖鞋，非要登記，還説必須得登記，但是登記完之後也不給拖鞋，然後我們以為第二天會送過來，第二天也沒送過來，態度真的差，服務也差，不知道在得意個什麼勁，之後然後換了家酒店住，跟前台要拖鞋，人家馬上就給了，態度也好，服務也好，就這個態度誰想來
