設施：過於陳舊，希望能進行升級。最主要是地理位置很好交通方便。
衞生：非常滿意！在沒有要求打掃房間的情況下每天堅持為客人的房間進行打掃。
環境：周邊環境很好很安靜，地理位置優越不管是火車站、地鐵站離的都很近。

便宜，離火車站非常近。100多一晚，要啥自行車。環境看圖吧，主要衞生條件過關。服務也熱情。設施就那樣吧，能用，談不上好。晚上空調聲音實在是大，吵醒2次，還好不算太冷，索性把空調關了。水温不太熱，屬於夠用那種，洗的時候還得快點。

衞生：水槽裏還有長頭髮好幾綹，乾淨不太舒服。
環境：交通方便，對面有早餐店，附近就是地鐵。
服務：過得去。

酒店位置不錯，確實離火車站很近，前台服務態度不錯，第一個房間進去有煙味，和前台反應，前台也及時給我們更換了，第二天去動物園打車也挺方便的

訂的1.5米床，工作人員免費升級到1.8米的，酒店沒有停車場，到工作人員推薦了就近（約80米）的性價比高的停車場。離眼科醫院和杭州火車站非常近，步行10鍾內到達。性價比高。

定的是特價房 連鎖酒店還是比較正規 就是年限有點長 所以陳設有些破舊 位置是非常好 可以走路去火車站 客車站 地鐵站 非常方便

酒店位置很好，離地鐵口不到100米，離火車站走路幾分鐘就到了，酒店位置處於市區，去杭州的各個景點都很方便，這個時候的價格很實惠，上次來的時候還200多，工作人員都很熱情，，業務也都很熟練，房間衞生比之前提升了很多，上次來被子還有點薄，這次都換成了新的厚被子，酒店都在改變着，這個位置這個價格真的超實惠，周邊酒店都200左右，值得推薦
