Hangzhou West Lake Enjoyor Hotel

When I came to Zhejiang for a health check-up, I chose this nearby hotel. Ask the guy at the front desk if you can choose a quieter room in the back. The guy was very considerate and the room was clean and sanitary. I was very satisfied. The dining environment is also good, and the food tastes great.

The first stop in Hangzhou was decisively booked at West Lake Yinjiang. From parking to check-in, the whole process was pleasant. Even though it was the peak check-in time, the front desk staff did not look impatient, especially the front desk who worked after 5 o'clock on Saturday night. The girl was conscientious, attentive and kind. After checking our check-in information, she found that the bed in the room we booked was a bit small at 1.5 meters. She took the initiative to upgrade the room type for us. The room was comfortable and clean. The tatami-style seats by the window were very satisfactory. The bathroom was not big, but it had all the internal organs and lighting fixtures. It has a great sense of design. I like the recyclable disposable slippers here. They are very comfortable. We also prepare scales, umbrellas, and recycled towels and bath towel baskets for the guests. Small details reflect the hotel's care for guests. It is a very good accommodation experience. Next time I come to Hangzhou Will stay here again!
