訂好立馬就會有安排管家交接 到了地方 直接有人來接的 還幫忙撐傘遮太陽 進店換拖鞋 送水果 介紹 服務直接拉滿 住過最好的酒店 果然價格和服務質量是匹配的環境：大廳還有名人的畫 沙發都是dior的 乾淨整潔 不擁擠 房間裏都是比較高級的沐浴露 洗髮水 馬桶也是自動的服務：管家一直在講解 幫忙換鞋 隨叫隨到品質： 水温剛好 很乾凈 還有按摩功能 但是不能泡太久 真的很喜歡這種又大又軟乎乎的床 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻五星好評沒得説 太棒啦！！ 下次出來旅遊還會選擇

這是我住過的，槽點滿滿的一家酒店了，槽點列一下：
1.大床沒牀頭櫃，我的東西沒地方放；這一點可克服；
2.因為私湯在室內，通風不好，導致被子有點潮，這一點不能忍！！！
3.陽台但凡房頂稍微大一點點呢，在陽台坐一會兒，屋檐上的水往下滴你頭上；
4.私湯，極其不通風，那風扇開了彷彿擺設。
5.淋浴最不能忍受，開關稍微擰過一點點就燙死你，稍微往這邊擰就凍死你！！！建議沐浴露等不要用日本產的；

希望我的評價本酒店老闆能看到！您的酒店裝修，情調都很好！但是很多細節導致本人入住體驗不好！首先是酒店有小強！個人感覺因為房間有温泉池會滋生一些小強，一定做好除蟲！第二，更換了一個房間，這個房間估計老闆沒有親自住過，設施都很好，但是空調口吹到斜牆上反吹到床頭，導致一晚上吹呢頭疼，關了熱，開着吹頭疼！第三，酒店應該是情侶酒店，帶孩子來的不建議住，建議老闆在大房間里加個沙發床，至少有地方坐，弄個家庭房！第四，真誠的建議，民宿的裝修確實很棒，配套服務需要提升！第五，前台小姑娘缺乏服務培訓，小夥子還不錯！

入住體驗説實話真的不好。想着湯浴還趕腳應該不錯。沒想到先是客服打電話説我定的房間沒有了，給我調換其他房間，沒問題，我答應了。誰知道入住後，沖個涼準備泡澡，淋浴水流的滿屋都是，真正的湯浴滿屋……水都流到床邊。我叫管家，他看了之後説給我調換房間，不看不知道，原來所説的我之前定的房間不是沒有，是一間都沒定出去，管家説是沒打掃🧹！給我臨時調換房間也是臟的……真的不知道怎麼形容。話説回來，還是這家老闆管理問題，管家一直和我説對不起！一點小禮物（梳子）來安撫我這無奈的心情！體驗感極差！價格説心裡話不便宜！
