A very serene and beautiful homestay nestled in the 九溪 scenic area, away from the usual tourist filled parts of 杭州. Great service by the owner too. Our kids absolutely loved it!

Stayed here initially for one night but extended our stay due to convienient location, lovely room and laid back a**osphere. The staff was very friendly and did everything to help us despite our Chinese not being great. We stayed in a room on the second floor with a large balcony and windows overlooking the mountains. Eventhough the area gets packed with tourists during the day, there are plenty of side paths you can take and hike to enjoy the peace and quiet of the nature and stunning views.

7年前來過九溪十八澗，這次來感覺有了變化，起碼這家民宿的環境還是值得稱道的。服務也不錯，古經理有應必求，前台小姐姐很客氣，態度很好。

房間很乾凈，設施也比較新。晚上陽台或者小院子裏坐着都很舒服。這次入住體驗感很好，前台小潔熱心介紹，周邊環境也不錯，非常滿意的一次入住體驗

環境是不錯的，服務…房間裏的吹風機不好用，來了一值班的開了一下説，這不是好用嗎？再用還是不好用啊，很老的一款稍稍有點熱就不工作，之前應該也是壞掉過，不敢用，讓他幫忙換一下，説是找了好幾個房間，不耐煩的樣子，我不關心你怎麼找啊，最基本的配套設施而已

酒店位置很好。入住時前台服務員不知道是不是臨時找來的，一邊嗑着瓜子一邊跟我們説話，然後還用手機拍了我們的身份證，發給自己的“文件傳輸助手”，他説是公安要求，但我們入住那麼多杭州的酒店民宿，沒有哪家是用手機拍身份證的，不知道到底什麼用處。客房裡的床上用品都是破的，也不符合這個價位的基礎標準。
