I chose Huachen Fengting Hotel this time mainly because I found a room type on Ctrip that was more cost-effective and suitable for me. At that time, I thought that a four-star hotel should be trustworthy and reliable. After checking in, the overall feeling is in line with my expectations. The front desk service is good and the hotel is decent. As for the guest rooms, they are similar to what I thought before. They are quite satisfactory and a bit mature. However, there are also unexpected highlights. The business room type is equipped with a weight scale under the luggage rack and a bathrobe in the wardrobe. Especially the umbrellas. There have been a lot of showers in Hangzhou recently, so the hotel really considers its guests. In short, the stay satisfaction is still in line with my expectations, okay.

The hotel has a strategic location, just over 100 meters away from the subway station. The hotel provides free parking, so you don't need to drive to visit scenic spots, making travel convenient. It is well worth staying. The beautiful girl Xiao Zhu at the front desk was very helpful and enthusiastic. She introduced us to all the relevant information and routes to scenic spots one by one. I will choose this hotel next time I go to Hangzhou

The pillows and pillowcases were extremely dirty. Three of the four pillows were like this. The waiter was very nice and changed three of them. The carpet was also very dirty. The skin on the child's legs became red after staying there for one night. The smell of the air conditioner was also bad. It's very big. The sanitary environment of a four-star hotel is too poor.

酒店位置不錯，房間大，設施完善，服務態度也不錯，雖然裝修略舊。提二個問題，一個是第一天入住時打掃房的阿姨沒有收拾上一位房客用過的熱水壺，打開一看，裏面還都是茶葉，有點噁心。另一個是要求開發票時第一次開錯了，給開了另一個公司名稱，當時也沒有拿了就走。還好當晚看了一眼，要下去前台重新開了一次，服務的專業性有待注意

酒店就地鐵C口出來100米，很近。地鐵站就有一個小商場，商場B1層還有一個大超市，吃和購物都很便利。酒店整體略陳舊，衞生間還有下水道的味道，早餐的木桶裏糯米飯加上油條碎澆上肉糜湯很美味。

酒店位置不錯離地鐵口很近，酒店二樓也有餐廳，吃飯出行也都很方便。酒店房間跟攜程上照片略微有差別，房間裝修和設施能看出來有些年頭了，但整體還行。

地理位置很好，距離西湖景區4公里左右，出酒店就能看到地鐵入口，很方便，服務人員也很熱情，酒店相對陳舊，但是並不破敗，價格比較便宜，性價比較高。
