In Xixi Wetland, the environment is really great. It is comfortable to walk around. It is very close to the entrance of Longshezui. Xixi Wetland is very fun. The restaurant is delicious, but the dishes are slow. Souvenirs, red wine, cocktails, and sweet soup are given. The service is very good. The only thing is that the room is average. The two-bedroom suite is completely different from the Ctrip map. There are two closed rooms, which is very cramped. I should have booked a family room earlier...

We went on a family leisure trip during the May Day holiday. We chose their pet-friendly hotel because we brought our pets. The hotel is located in Xixi Wetland. The environment is good and the service is very thoughtful. They gave us cocktails, fruit plates, and travel photography. The intuitive photographer Cha Cha is very nice and I am very satisfied with the photos.

First of all, the hotel environment is good when you enter. The guy at the front desk is very gentle to the children and the service is very good. However, it feels cheap when you enter the room. The hygiene is very poor, the floor is very dirty, and the children's toys fell under the sofa. When you look down, it is so dirty. The sound insulation is very, very poor. I don't know if it's from the room next door, but there was a howling sound at 2:00 in the middle of the night, as if it was from my own room. I could hear the sound of people walking up the stairs very clearly. When I checked out immediately, I found that there were earplugs on the table. Then there was some machine buzzing outside at night, which lasted until 5:00 in the morning. If I hadn't brought my children with me, I would have run away overnight.

The room is nice, the hotel environment is very good, small and unique, and it is very comfortable when it is drizzling. But the free travel photography was not used. The order stated that the reservation was made 2 hours in advance, but after the reservation, I was told that the travel photography company did not have time and that I had to make an appointment one day in advance. This experience was very bad, but it is pet-friendly and I don’t want to give a bad review.

It can be seen that the room is not clean in many places, and it does not look like it has been renovated. There are mottled marks everywhere. For the price of 1,700 per night, it is really not worth it. There was even one day where the bed was not even made. 🔸Service Even more disappointing. After staying for four nights, except for the competent service of the Brayden staff, the rest of the hotel did not smile, show enthusiasm, or say hello (not even when checking in and checking out). It is really far-fetched to give it five stars, and even the luggage was not there. No one took the initiative to help. We have 2 adults and 2 children, 2 suitcases and a stroller. It seems that we can't see it.
