Intercontinental Hangzhou Liangzhu, an IHG Hotel

We took our kids on a May Day trip and stayed at the InterContinental Hangzhou Liangzhu for the first time. The hotel's service management and hardware facilities are great, and the staff are very enthusiastic and dedicated, making guests feel at home. Special thanks to Ella in the executive lounge for checking us in. Because we were with our kids, she specially helped us upgrade to a premium twin room. During our stay, she also asked about our well-being and provided us with various help many times.

The hotel opened in 2022🆕, heading for HBA and Liangzhu Location and transportation: Compared to 🚅, it is more convenient to drive by yourself Room facilities: The hardware equipment is very good, especially the dry and wet separation of the bathroom & the thoughtfulness of Figure 5️⃣ (girls should be very pleased that the makeup area is equipped with chairs, especially for long hair👧🏻, the importance of sitting and drying hair) Breakfast: What I miss most is the steamed buns, which are replenished very quickly, especially during holidays. The hotel is still very well staffed, and there is no sense of panic from the employees. Service: Finally, I must praise the hotel's service. From the moment we got off the car, the bellboy greeted us, took our luggage, and effectively handled it at the front desk (welcome cold brew tea), welcome fruit... and the lady Ella on the executive floor, tall, thin and beautiful, the service is really super nice, caring greetings, polite, until we leave the hotel. This hotel made me feel "at home". When I met the staff in the elevator, they also took the initiative to greet us. What a warm hotel and management!

I like this hotel very much, and I also like Liangzhu. I bought a two-night package and will come again next time. The hotel is decorated in a high-end and comfortable manner, and the breakfast is rich. The hotel is located in Liangzhu New Town, Yuhang District, Hangzhou, adjacent to Dufu Village Station of Metro Line 2 Facilities: The hotel lobby is grand enough. I happened to meet a couple when I checked in. The singing in the lobby was very lively at night. The breakfast was excellent, with many varieties and delicious. The restaurant manager had a sweet smile and was capable at work Hygiene: The guest rooms are very clean and the air conditioning is powerful Environment: The hotel has its own small garden, which is set against the Ferris wheel in the mall next door. However, the weather is hot and not many people go there Service: Xiao Ke at the front desk provided very good service. I was surprised to receive her gift when I checked out. It was a hand-painted canvas bag, very beautiful

Facilities: quite comprehensive, hardware and software are comparable to the average level of Intercontinental, swimming pool, sauna are very good, I haven't tried the gym yet, I will try it next time, registered members have welcome drinks, there are resident singers at half past midnight, it's very comfortable to relax in the hall, not many people The breakfast is very good, although there are not many Chinese dishes, but the comprehensive Western food, fresh juice, etc. can still crush other hotels of the same price on the market Hygiene: The hygiene of the room, bedding, and restaurant is very good, there is no visible debris, the sound insulation between the rooms is very good, and some noises can be heard occasionally between floors, Overall, it was very quiet and satisfactory. Environment: A small point that shows the big picture - it rained on the day of check-in, and it was rare that there were no water drops on the floor of the entire hotel lobby. Service: Concierge service, room answering, restaurant ushering, all aspects are done very well. Okay, the above are all positive. Here are three points that need improvement: ① There was welcome fruit in the afternoon on the day of check-in, but the front desk did not mention it in advance when checking in. After going upstairs, I changed my clothes and went to take a nap directly. The room also turned on the Do Not Disturb light, and then it was a bit funny. After falling asleep, the front desk called to remind me that when delivering the welcome fruit, I saw the Do Not Disturb light and asked, do you deliver it now? I was not happy to be woken up. If there was a reminder when checking in, I could pack up later and wait. ② The hair dryer in the room is relatively old. Hair dryers are actually updated quite quickly and are not too expensive. Maybe you can consider replacing it with a new model? ③I ordered some daily necessities on Friday night, and it was delivered at about 10:38. I called the front desk and asked the robot to deliver it to the upper floor. Then I waited for half an hour, which was too long, so I went downstairs to get it. When I went upstairs, I saw the front desk guy helping other guests deliver it to the upper floor. I didn’t think it was a big deal, but I felt a little funny when I compared it. The above is not bad, but I hope these three points can be seen to be improved.
