酒店人員很友善，服務很好～ 走出酒店外就是綠油油的道路，兩旁都是樹，適合早晨散步，但是距離景區還是有點距離，大家記得計劃好路線才預訂酒店
房內的電視是沒辦法連接網絡了，USB插口充電很慢，一個晚上都沒辦法把手機充滿電，有一側的USB插座還是壞的，服務員有借我們一顆行動電源。
退房時送了一個小龍井茶，謝謝～

房間很好，很整潔乾淨，並且在景區附近，吃完飯還能出去走走，是偏中式的裝修風格，比較符合西湖的韻味，服務員很熱情，入住會帶到房間門口，還會幫忙拿行李，下次有機會來杭州會再定
