原來訂的是無窗的房間多加了點錢換成有窗的房間了，挺方便挺好的，酒店設施設備齊全，設施好，設施挺好，設施特別好，一次性用品都有，電視很清晰，床上用品都比較乾淨，還有熱水很大，洗澡很舒服，位置就在大馬路邊上，有電梯，房間有吹風機，服務也挺好，去西湖步行10多分鐘左右就到了，去銀泰走了5分鐘到，去河坊街走了20多分鐘，去雷峯塔門口就有公交車直達，去地鐵口一號線走了6分鐘也到啦，酒店周圍有挺多好吃的，隔壁就是飯店，好吃的都挺多的，離酒店不到200米就是吳山夜市，可以延遲退房，還可以免費寄存行李，價格和地段真心的好，以後有朋友都推薦住。

來之前心裏很是害怕，怕住的環境不好，店家態度不好，但是入住之後，真的是被這裏暖到了，最開始住的房間因為別的房間孩子吵鬧睡不好，跟店家説了以後，她們就給換了房間，真的是太好啦，前台先姐姐漂亮温柔，老闆娘笑臉相迎，三樓阿姨細心照顧，一切都很好，下次來還住這裏，謝謝店家的小夥伴們啦

早上挺早到酒店的到的時候定的房間還沒有退的就對加了點錢換了一個有窗户的房間，直接就跟提前辦理入住了，房間明亮，空間也好，店裡位置挺好，房間也乾淨，一次性洗漱用品都有，洗澡水挺大，服務也挺好的，附近挺多飯店，離西湖走路10的分鐘到，銀泰走路5分鐘就到，很方便。

是看薛之謙演唱會所以訂的酒店，本來想着住一晚不用太糾結酒店的問題就看評分選了這家，沒想到超出預期很滿意！
房間整潔乾淨，設施齊全，每次出門都看到保潔人員在收拾整理房間，一次性用品和床上用品都非常不錯。服務員也很熱情！部分房間在裝修白天有小小噪音，但街區晚上很安靜，位置也很好。走幾分鐘能到西湖銀泰，附近街區環境不錯，商場也多，總之超值的體驗。
退房之後還可以可以寄存行李，方便了晚上火車跑路的我（˵¯͒〰¯͒˵）東西落在房間，服務員即時取得聯繫保管好點贊（˃ ⌑ ˂ഃ ）晚上演唱會白天逛西湖是什麼神仙體驗以後再來杭州看管他是誰的演唱會都回購這間（˵¯͒〰¯͒˵）從大蓮花坐地鐵回來還可以去旁邊全家打個飯XD

地理位置挺好就在大馬路旁邊，設施設備齊全挺好，環境好，環境特別好，環境非常好，有電梯，房間的空調也是非常給力，有一次性洗漱用品，有吹風機，衞生很乾凈，24小時洗澡熱水，洗澡熱水很大，洗的很舒服，隔音我個人覺得還是挺好，安安靜靜的，服務也很好，有問必答，去西湖步行10分鐘就到了，去河坊街走了20多分鐘，去雷峯塔門口就有42路公交車直接坐到很近，去地鐵口走了5分鐘，酒店周圍有挺多好吃的飯店，對面有個肯德基，旁邊有披薩店，小便利店周圍都是，離酒店不到100米就是吳山夜市，真真太方便了，可以免費寄存行李，可以延遲退房，太方便了。
