缺點：隔音很差，隔壁房間説話聽得清清楚楚，走廊有人走動的聲音也非常大。燈又小又少，導致房間昏暗。一個屋一共就兩個插座，充電都得排隊。
優點：地理位置確實不錯，步行幾分鐘就是商業街，離西湖也近

我這次是帶我媽和我妹一起來的，定的親子房
房間十分乾淨整潔，而且隔音比較好
前台小姐姐服務態度超好，房卡為我們製作了兩張，而且第二天早上我們提前退房，也可以寄存行李
酒店內部是獨立的，電梯需要刷卡，安全係數較高
酒店地理位置比較好，離西湖步行十五分鐘差不多
旁邊就是銀泰商圈，吃飯的地方也挺多的
下次來還會繼續住這家
漢庭一直是旅行首選✔
設施：好，裝修新，十分潔凈
衞生：好，乾淨，精緻

簡直不忍直視的住宿，房間床頭鋪滿灰塵，枕套污漬斑駁，枕頭還帶有他人睡過的味道，床單破洞，換了一次房間，也是象沒有更換和打掃衞生一樣，因為從其他漢庭轉過來的（那家所謂新開的店，居然廁所反臭，臭氣沖天，當天滿房，衹好逃離）由於時間已經有些晚，也不想再折騰了，所以衹能勉強睡下，什麼茶和咖啡包都沒有，燈光昏暗，洗臉盆的鏡子沒燈，很暗，床單也有頭髮，房間隔音非常差，男店員的服務很差，跟他們反應，給出的反應覺得房間這樣都很正常，反正就是一言難盡，一晚後趕緊搬出漢庭，這是我在杭州最難受的住宿！根本不值，我還專門買了高級大床房的，沒想到房間如此侷促！所以來的朋友不建議選擇這個漢庭，就是金玉其外 敗絮其中～

衞生+服務：避雷避雷，馬桶上有尿液，極其不衞生！！！😓😓😓👎👎👎
也是震驚，馬桶上這麼大滴尿液打掃時候看不見？還是根本沒有打掃？打電話給前台要求賠償，前台説打電話給老闆問一問，一直不給解決方案。然後問前台要了老闆電話，是經理接的。根本沒有給老闆打電話，還非常明確的告訴我是給老闆打的電 話，還説老闆説給換個房間。十二點多躺在床上，找了個男服務員要進來打掃馬桶，要麼就換個房間，從五樓搬到一樓。明明是酒店最基本的衞生問題沒有做到位，浪費顧客精力，卻強行要求顧客按他們的解決方案來辦，不同意就説顧客無理取鬧，有全程電話錄音，態度惡劣，非常強勢。我想問問，有別人尿液的馬桶你們自己會不會坐上去，不滿意要求賠償就是無理取鬧？快凌晨一點了，我需要因為你們的失職從被窩裡爬出來，然後收拾行李跟你們從五樓到一樓換房間？不同意還説我們：“那就這樣，我們提供瞭解決方案你們不同意，那沒辦法，那就是你們無理取鬧。”……..也就是説，你們酒店自己沒做好的問題，顧客必須同意你們的解決方案，必須同意你們出事之後去打掃，打掃完了啥事沒有了，反正我們不當人的，浪費我們時間精力都沒事的，不同意你們的方案就是顧客無理取鬧，你們直接不解決。很是硬氣喲。又做不好，又非常硬氣，還有着莫名的底氣。。。最後賠了20塊錢，加一張什麼金卡，就是以後也不會用到。。。😓😓😓😓😓

位置很好，距離周邊景區都很近，房間的床品也很舒服，房間物品齊全。附近超市飯店都挺好的，酒店的早餐也好吃！下次還會來入住噠。

離西湖很近，走路幾分鐘，周圍吃的東西很多，就是房間太小了，房間空氣有異味，空調聲音很大，晚上影響休息，真的除了地理位置好，離西湖近，其他都覺得性價比不高

酒店位置很不錯，離西湖很近，走路幾分鐘就到了緊挨着湖濱銀泰in77吃飯都很方便已經是第二次入住這家酒店，性價比很高，服務員很有耐心熱情，衞生乾淨整潔，客房大姐很熱心，進出都問好，非常值得推薦了一家酒店！
