Very nice hotel nearby Hangzhou train station. Very clean and staff speaks English.

It's near the main train station, and not far from the lake, but very disappointed, this is NOT a 5 star hotel. Room was ok but no soap or toothbrush, pillows too thin and soft, and the gym/pool was in a smelly basement. Staff was tedious and slow at check in. Also the top floor restaurant -- nice view -- but the food was bad and they didn't have half the things on menu.

The price-performance ratio is unbeatable, more than 400 is unbelievable, there are almost no shortcomings. You can check in a little earlier and check out at 2 pm. Check out is super fast. The location is very good, it is convenient to go everywhere, and you can order takeout if you need anything. I will definitely stay here again next time, and I will recommend friends to stay here.
