EBO is excellent hotel in good price and location,near the exit D3 of fenggi road mrt station that has elevator.You can check in before 2 PM if room is available. The room is clean,layout of room and appliances are comfortable. Breakfast is delicious and there are many kind of foods to choose from.I will choose to come here again if I come to Hangzhou.

Great hotel with great location. 2mins walk to feng qi lu station. Breakfast is great too.

Front desk and breakfast located on the 5th floor. Wide variety of breakfast options, with a bubble tea and pastry shop beside the hotel. 2 minutes walk to the metro and near downtown shopping street and Wulin night market. Enjoyed our stay with the smart hotel room! Housekeeping lady was very courteous and cleaned our rooms nicely.

Hotel near to the metro , night market,shopping area, attractions and also surrounding with a lot of good food. Hotel room is very clean and big . Breakfast is also yummy. Hotel staff is very helpful too. Highly recommended

Location really near the train station, just exit via D3. We stay for few days. Breakfast is nice. Cleaner will everday come to your room to chg towel n tidy bedsheet, mayb need request no need to come as even we put do not disturb when we went outside aft we come back still gt someone came in the room. Level 3 is a KTV but no worries, we didn't being disturb. Laudry is free and self service.

Location - The hotel is located right next to a metro station. From the hotel to the main shopping street of Hangzhou / West Lake is only 2 stops away (about 10-15 mins travelling time). Cleanliness - Excellent, everything look clean to me Service - The receptionist is attentive & checking in is easy Facilities - Their lobby area is so pretty and it is good place to chill. They have their own laundry room and saw a table tennis along the way. Breakfast - Their breakfast is something that i really missed, the variety is more than i expected and overall it is tasty! I really look forward to visit Hangzhou again and definitely will consider EBO Hotel again.

Arrived early on 19th for 3nights stay, fantastic service by receptionist 林/李小姐. 王先生 is exceptionally helpful with good advice and even showed me personally where I can hv a quick lunch. Room is clean and tastefully renovated. Spacious and I can open windows to ventilate which I love. Located at D3 exit, easy access to amenities and local restaurants. Short walk to West lake. Breakfast is good too! I enjoyed my stay

Good breakfast, room is big, near to Feng Qi station. Minutes walk to WestLake. I would definitely be back and also recommend to friends and family that are going to HangZhou

The location of the hotel is genius. In less than a minute you can take the metro to the city center - or the Hangzhou East Train Station. In about 10-15 minutes you can walk to the West Lake, which is very convenient. The breakfast buffet is great and you have a lot of options to choose from. The Café itself is very aesthetic. The isolation of the building and the room isn’t that great though. I also felt like I couldn’t close my windows perfectly- which made me hear the traffic even more. My room was clean and had most of the necessities- however some toiletries weren’t there (it is said on the website though, that they removed them from their equipment). The staff is polite. Would I book this hotel again? Probably yes
