Xixi Hotel

A great value choice. I wanted to rest in a daze. The hotel gave me a rowing boat and a tea break package on the boat. The front desk lady was warm and polite, and considerately upgraded me to a larger and quieter villa room. The hardware and software were good, clean and tidy, the bathroom was super large, and you could call a shuttle bus to and from the lobby. The park scenery was first-class, and the spring breeze was blowing while boating in the water, making you feel free and at ease. The breakfast was rich in variety and delicious. I will choose Xixi again for my next summer parent-child trip, and I will linger.

The hotel has a beautiful and comfortable environment. I stayed with my family during the Qingming Festival. I was very satisfied with the service at the hotel lobby. I would like to thank the guest service manager Hong Ying for her thoughtful service throughout the whole process. I would like to thank the front desk Xiao Jiang for arranging a room that met our requirements. Finally, the hotel business is booming.

A very satisfying stay experience, including room, service, breakfast, and buffet seafood dinner~ Not much to say about the room (Picture 17-20), it is spacious, bright, clean and comfortable. Instead of teabags, there are local Longjing (green tea) and Jiuqu Hongmei (black tea) to satisfy those who love to drink green tea or black tea. The quality is good. When you open the balcony door, you face a pool of clear water, which makes you feel very open and comfortable. The service is also really great. I highly praise everyone we met, including: cleaning, front desk, waiter, restaurant manager, doorman, Zhang Qian and Xiao Chen at the front desk. The service is warm and smiling ~ the doorman (see picture 15) ) Although I don’t know what it’s called, it’s very service-oriented, carrying luggage, and opening doors. The restaurant manager, a very elegant man with a round face and glasses (see picture 11), also proactively informed us of the preferential prices, and the service was particularly polite. I will take the initiative to say hello and say goodbye to guests. When cleaning guests meet in the corridor, I will also take the initiative to say hello. I feel very warm in my heart. Next time I come to the Xixi area in Hangzhou, I want to stay here again~ It’s very suitable for leisure time and travel~ It’s also very convenient to take the special line to No. 608 Xixi Road from Lingyin Temple!

The room was upgraded to a lake view room. I am grateful to the capable Zhang Qian at the front desk. I heard that there are elderly people traveling with us. Taking into account the small peak shift, we checked into the hotel on March 31st; we upgraded to a waterfront room for free, which has the best view of the main building. We sat on the balcony and didn't want to move. The scenery was so beautiful and quiet! In the afternoon, we enjoyed the hotel's paddle boat trip before sunset. A little wild duck led the way in the wetland river. We were afraid that we would disturb them😄Please stay in Xixi! The service provided by Sun Qian and Xiao Jiang is even more amazing! Every time we meet, we greet you warmly, feel warm and grateful!

I booked the Ctrip package because I wanted to have a buffet. I found it was a good deal. The hotel is right next to my home and very quiet. The front desk helped me upgrade the room type and answered my questions very gently. The room is relatively large and a little old, but it has everything. The buffet dinner is OK, cost-effective and tastes good. I will go again if there are activities next time.

The hotel is in an excellent location and is connected to the Xixi Wetland. It can be said that the hotel's garden is part of the wetland. I wandered around the hotel when I had nothing to do. The environment and scenery are almost the same as those of the wetland. If you are lazy, you don't even need to go to the Xixi Wetland Park. I heard from the Xixi Wetland staff that they would pick up hotel guests going to the wetland park. In addition, there is a cruise ship that goes directly to the hotel's cruise ship terminal at 3 pm to send guests back. I didn't enjoy this service this time. I will ask if it is really available next time. In addition to the environment, the service of this hotel is very good. Every waiter is very kind and sincere. I feel that the service consciousness is very natural and not artificial. I was worried about the facilities of the old hotel after reading the reviews before. When I checked in, the original landscape twin room was upgraded to a villa lake view. The facilities and various supplies in the room did not feel old at all. It was comfortable and comfortable to stay for two nights. The only small suggestion is that there is a bedside socket on only one side of the double room.
