The service was amazing and the hotel front has a patch of Longjing plants which is breathtaking
10 minutes walk to Lingyin temple
They used Le Labo toiletries too

Excellent service, room big and comfortable, we had fresh fruit every day. Hotel very close to West Lake. Breakfast absolutely great (western and chinese). Best option to visit West Lake.

環境：好，幽雅舒適
設施：好，沒有老舊之氣，能看得出用心維護

酒店鬧中取靜，位置相當好，緊鄰茶園，去西湖和靈隱寺都是步行，客服小楊一早加了微信溝通細節，服務非常周到，入住期間各個方面都很滿意，餐食口味也很好，如果再去杭州還會選擇這裏！

早早就預訂了除夕夜的九里雲松住宿和年夜飯，是正確的選擇。酒店的停車場很大，離靈隱寺步行十分鐘不到的路程。酒店服務人員會提前三天電話聯繫我們入住時間，並提醒節日期間車輛限號問題，讓我們提前規劃。到酒店門口禮賓員就非常熱情的打招呼並主動幫助我們把行李送到房間。前台接待非常熱情，快速高效辦好入住手續，知道我們是一家三口，就很貼心的送了三份新年禮物。預訂的是雅緻雙床房，房間很大，一家三口住着很舒適，在懷疑是不是幫我們升級了🤭。歡迎水果很新鮮，晚安牛奶也是三份。年夜飯在酒店的中餐廳，菜品很豐盛，味道不錯，還有新年抽獎活動。走在酒店的每一個地方，衹要有服務人員，都會微笑着和我們打招呼，㊗我們新年快樂，滿滿的過年氛圍。住了好幾次了，每一次都是非常愉悦的體驗。

一年一次的敬香之旅，沒次都喜歡住這家，距離靈隱寺很近步行大約15分鐘，酒店不大但裝修精緻，早餐很好現點現做的，工作人員服務熱情到位！
