The location is convenient, not far from the subway and opposite the shopping mall. 服務很貼心熱情，還免費送了早餐，早餐很豐富乾淨，停車很方便，位置很多，環境好，房間真的很乾凈，隔音好，大窗户，睡覺很安靜。客房阿姨打掃的很乾凈，入住感受很好，旁邊還有購物商城，吃飯很方便，過個馬路就是，地鐵站就在出門處，出去遊玩也很方便，推薦一下

服務熱情，服務周到，房間乾淨整潔，出行方便，離西湖很近，浙二醫院就在旁邊，離酒店八百米，旁邊還有龍湖天街，吃飯購物很方便，位置很好，環境很好，早餐好吃，乾淨，外賣可以送到樓上很方便，停車方便，入住免費

優點：出門就是地鐵站 交通方便 缺點： 1. 房間中間一根巨大的柱子，心理上很不舒服 2. 電視機都是歪着擺放的，遙控器失靈，不能播放更不能關閉 3. 浴室下水道反臭，用了很濃的香薰，但效果更差 4. 隔音效果極差，凌晨都能聽到隔壁房間洗漱/抽水/説話的聲音，睡眠質量堪憂 5. 在平台上提交了客房服務送東西，前台電話告知沒有一次性杯子,ok fine，其他需要的東西等了很久也遲遲不送上來，最後急着出門衹能不了了之 總結，體驗感太差了
