房間有些奇怪，靠着床有個很大的柱子，有個小門半開着，打開看，裏面是些管道，臟臟的，有些膈應人。而且這麼大一個柱子把窗户基本都遮住了，那麼我訂一個帶窗户的房間是為了什麼呢？為了面對這麼一個裡麪臟不拉幾的柱子？
衞生間挺大的，但是淋浴間很小，連個地巾都沒有。房間裏有股很香的香水味，有點過頭了，開窗打開空調散了很久也除不掉，也沒找到哪裡放了香氛。

服務很貼心熱情，還免費送了早餐，早餐很豐富乾淨，停車很方便，位置很多，環境好，房間真的很乾凈，隔音好，大窗户，睡覺很安靜。客房阿姨打掃的很乾凈，入住感受很好，旁邊還有購物商城，吃飯很方便，過個馬路就是，地鐵站就在出門處，出去遊玩也很方便，推薦一下

有些東西沒有，吹風機要按着吹，不按沒法用，早餐最基本的有，房間比較小，電視機根本打不開，不知道原因呀

服務很好，貼心熱情，衞生乾淨整潔，打掃乾淨，房間大，睡覺舒服，安靜，早餐好吃，乾淨衞生，交通便利，停車方便，環境很好，旁邊吃飯的很多，離地鐵站很近，去西湖很方便

優點：出門就是地鐵站 交通方便
缺點：
1. 房間中間一根巨大的柱子，心理上很不舒服
2. 電視機都是歪着擺放的，遙控器失靈，不能播放更不能關閉
3. 浴室下水道反臭，用了很濃的香薰，但效果更差
4. 隔音效果極差，凌晨都能聽到隔壁房間洗漱/抽水/説話的聲音，睡眠質量堪憂
5. 在平台上提交了客房服務送東西，前台電話告知沒有一次性杯子,ok fine，其他需要的東西等了很久也遲遲不送上來，最後急着出門衹能不了了之
總結，體驗感太差了

你好酒店（杭州江漢路地鐵站店）
位置：江漢路地鐵口50米處，走路一兩分鐘就到酒店了 ，過個馬路就是龍湖天街交通很方便，酒店提供免費提車，
房間：房間設施很新，剛裝修不久，辦入住的小姐姐幫我升級了房間，進門落地窗，不臨街很安靜！入住體驗很不錯！開心
早餐：早餐是自助餐，種類也蠻多的，不錯挺好吃的！
