Lighting was dim in front of the hotel, and I slipped and fell, hurting my knee. I am from HK and I was unable to get wifi except WeChat. The bathroom ceiling was just plastered/patched and repair work was not finished yet.

Stayed for 2 nights, AC is broken but they gave us portable heater. Good service. Room is big, bed is comfortable, also there's extra blanket in room.

The hotel is conveniently located just a few hundred meters from the Hangzhou East Railway station. Most of the essentials like shower gel, shampoo and conditioner were provided. Our room was big. The front office staffs were friendly.

Hotel was crowded with a lot of luggage’s in the deposit area . It was rather hot and if ac control is turned on , it was throwing hot air . No window in the room. Staff arranged fan so I could spend the night
