A great hotel can make for an unforgettable trip. I took my sister and brother to the Xixi Wetland over the weekend and chose the Fanyun Xixi Hotel, which is located in the scenic area. The housekeeper Xiao Qu added WeChat a day in advance and helped us arrange a parking space in the scenic area, and sent a shuttle staff to the parking space to help us carry our luggage. The room is very big. I heard that it was upgraded for us in consideration of my sister’s birthday. The crib was also thoughtfully placed. The view facing the room is very beautiful. Whether we are drinking tea on the roof or sitting in a rocking chair on the balcony, it is perfect. You can enjoy the beautiful scenery of Xixi very well There is a little brother who leads the way to the scenic spots, and the guest room sister brings snacks and dolls in the evening. I know that my sister gave me a wonderful cake for her birthday. In short, I feel at ease when I come here. Someone will help you arrange everything. It is an unforgettable trip.

Lovely hotel in the middle of West Creek/ Xixi National Wetlands Park in Hangzhou. The hotel and service offerings are excellent, located in a very secluded spot away from the hustle and bustle, great for relaxation and enjoying the serene and tranquil surroundings. There is a small lake in the middle of the hotel, which I understand is owned and managed by the hotel. The views are wonderful and better than going to the famed West Lake (way too touristy and crowded). I think this hotel has a lot going for it, even though it’s not a known brand. I would say some things for improvement are as follows: Must, must open a spa. AmanFayun, Banyan Tree, Anh Luh and Four Seasons all have spa’s and they’re at roughly the same price point. This wasn’t a deal breaker for me, but for some people this would put them off from booking here. Gym. This place needs an on-site gym for obsessed exercise freaks like me (and other health obsessives that want to go to an all-inclusive resort). Also, with the yummy high calorie food offerings in the restaurant, I would like to work those calories off and not worry about getting home fatter than when I left! Restaurant – Excellent service from the wonderful manager, who I forgot to ask her name and all her staff. Very good manners from all the staff, very quiet voices, barely can hear them speak amongst themselves. However there needs to be more of an international offering for people that visit from outside China (US/ Europe, India/ South East Asia/ Gulf countries, who all would probably stay here in the future). There should be another restaurant that offers international fayre, as well as the traditional Chinese restaurant, so both sets of visitors are catered for, and more choice is always good for people that stay longer than 3 days. And vegetarian/ vegan options would be very appreciated. The “Savoir resort” is not mentioned on Didi maps or on Baidu maps, and the Chinese name bears absolutely no resemblance to the English name 杭州所见 – 西溪度假酒店. Foreign people may have problems finding this location on their maps/ getting here without help (the less help that is required, the better). The two top-end rooms (6999 yuan a night and 15,000 yuan a night) cannot be booked on 携程 （Ctrip） or Trip.com. I think there should be 5 – 10 pictures on the site showing these rooms as bookable. I take a long time researching a hotel before booking, so the more information available, the better. The boat trip in the hotel is way better than the boat trip offered outside the hotel. I really enjoyed it, but I don’t think many people use it, which is a shame of a great resource. The fact this hotel has its own private lake is something that makes it stand out from the other hotels. PS , I cannot upload my videos of the boat trip inside the hotel's lake because the file is too big :'(

I’m here to take a break. It’s a good choice to put down work and relax myself. For northerners, the scenery is really beautiful. You need to take a boat to enter the hotel. The rooms on each island are different. The island we live on is relatively close to the restaurant. There is only one restaurant in the hotel. I thought there were several. The food in the restaurant is really good and delicious. I ate at this restaurant for two days. It was delicious, delicious and tasty! We did not participate in many activities on the island, and the children had a great time playing in the swimming pool.

A very satisfying stay experience, including room, service, breakfast, and buffet seafood dinner~ Not much to say about the room (Picture 17-20), it is spacious, bright, clean and comfortable. Instead of teabags, there are local Longjing (green tea) and Jiuqu Hongmei (black tea) to satisfy those who love to drink green tea or black tea. The quality is good. When you open the balcony door, you face a pool of clear water, which makes you feel very open and comfortable. The service is also really great. I highly praise everyone we met, including: cleaning, front desk, waiter, restaurant manager, doorman, Zhang Qian and Xiao Chen at the front desk. The service is warm and smiling ~ the doorman (see picture 15) ) Although I don’t know what it’s called, it’s very service-oriented, carrying luggage, and opening doors. The restaurant manager, a very elegant man with a round face and glasses (see picture 11), also proactively informed us of the preferential prices, and the service was particularly polite. The place is new and rooms are well equipped. Breakfast tastes good but very few choices. I wish they could offer more choices and cuisines . Swimming pool is really beautiful. It’s outstanding. Rooms are extremely clean and tidy. Mini bar is free with soft drinks and is filled everyday .And the environment is too quite and peaceful. Otherwise except for few choices for breakfast; there’s nothing really to complain about. All is was great during our stay and I will surely stay again . Highly recommend this place:

This is an excellent hotel when visiting Xixi wetlands area. Breakfast is mostly Chinese buffet but does include Western cereal, coffee and toast. There are no knives and forks except for the kiddies set, which works for speaking butter. The staff are friendly and helpful, especially the head manager. The rooms have a great view and third floor rooms have a balcony. This is a wonderful place to sit and listening to the birds.

This was the perfect holiday for a completely relaxing experience. The hotel staff were friendly, helpful and went out of their way to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The hotel is located next to Xixi wetland, so a bit out of the centre of town but a comfortable taxi ride away. The hotel is close to a couple of good restaurants and an outlet mall. The rooms and general interior design of the hotel is relaxing, adding to the general spa like experience. Also, amazing facials and massages available. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to all friends visiting Hangzhou.

We had a lovely stay here. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. Our room was clean, well maintained and it was lovely sitting on the small balcony sofa enjoying the fresh spring air. We took full advantage of the executive lounge which was a little small compared to other hotels I've stayed in, it was also a little noisy with some guests watching videos on their phones without earphones. The lounge itself was nice enough with the option of sitting outside on the small balcony. We also spent a long time at the pool which was rather cold, but indoor pools in China never seem to be heated adequately. The spa facilities were nice with a warm plunge pool and sauna. Overall a really pleased stay nestled on the edge of Xixi wetlands. The ambience of the hotel was warm and welcoming, the decor is lovely. A really nice and relaxing stay.

This hotel gave me full marks for my first impression of Hangzhou. The hotel is not very big, but its location, service and hygiene are all very good. The hotel is located in Xixi Wetland Park. About 500 meters away is the subway entrance. It is convenient to travel. There is also a free underground parking lot. I was very impressed. Because I was traveling with three elderly people, the hotel upgraded me to a suite. It’s very comfortable and the photos are great. The fact this hotel has its own private lake is something that makes it stand out from the other hotels. The rooms on each island are different. The island we live on is relatively close to the restaurant. There is only one restaurant in the hotel. I thought there were several. The food in the restaurant is really good and delicious. I ate at this restaurant for two days. It was delicious, delicious and tasty! We did not participate in many activities on the island, and the children had a great time playing in the swimming pool.

It is a few hundred meters away from Xixi Wetland High Zhuang Entrance, next time I come to stay at this hotel, there is a group dining for breakfast, and the restaurant can replenish food in time, the auntie at the noodle stall is very polite to help us cook, last time I stayed at another hotel nearby, the service attitude is not good , Give you a thumbs up!
