房間不説好壞，總體還可以；晚上喝完酒訂的房間，沒太注意訂了標間，前晚住的，今天發現普通標間跟行政大床就差幾塊錢，辦理入住的時候前枱面無表情，到房間發現是標間，問下能不能調一下，回覆就“加錢”，第一對客部門給客人的體驗就非常一般；前台的服務態度讓我打消了升房的想法，所以就兩張小床拼大床，結果如圖所示，不知道什麼時候的客人扔的垃圾，衹是不到10公分的位置，就不打掃了嗎？充電器落酒店，打電話給前台，前台説問一下，讓問好了回電話，結果一個小時左右還是我回電話過去再説有，就這麼不當回事嗎？讓幫忙放前台，結果今天過去被寄出去了，瞭解才知道寄錯了，客人遺留的物品沒有做記號或者貼標簽嗎？服務2分是因為處理充電器事情的小姑娘加了1分。見微知著，管理有問題，不推薦。
