不合理收費90元。
本人下午3點延遲退房，加收我90元。不合理之處在於：
1.攜程上當天4小時鐘點房“豪華雙床房”標價為95元，我的“普通雙床房”延遲3小時居然加收90元？
2.大多酒店都是14:00退房，我入住時並未得到任何告知説退房時間是12:00，正常的酒店都會在退房當天退房時間前幾分鐘打電話告知，比如12點退房那麼11:55就會打來電話通知，而我當天14點零幾才接到電話，告知我退房是在兩小時之前（？？？這是什麼操作，給我聽傻了）
3.律師表明該收費標準並不符合法律規定（圖3）
本來懶得説，但是既然發生了惡意收費的事情，我必須客觀評價一下衞生問題：
洗澡水一股灰味，水流到手上有一種不乾淨帶灰的感覺。
我是去考試的所以連住四天，入住第一天就發現洗澡水不乾淨，由於不想耽誤時間精力影響考試，才選擇忍受了四天，要不然早搬去別的酒店了。

周邊除了加油站以外，燈光都看不見啥，但物美價廉，缺點是房間洗澡間漏水太嚴重，完全是水漫金山寺，不過真的便宜嘛！

酒店前台服務極差，不解決問題。讓前台提供經理電話説經理沒上班。讓提供值班經理電話；前台説也沒在。洗澡到一半才發現沐浴露沒有了，尷尬不。客房每天打掃難道都不檢查一下嗎？根本不知道怎麼管理的。維也納好壞也是品牌連鎖，簡直讓我重新認識了一次這個連鎖酒店。老闆要重視管理，這樣下去客人住一次都不來了。
