房間很大也很乾凈，尤其是服務，我們特別滿意。原來我們定了2晚9間房，後考慮到可能出現的雨雪天氣，可能對遊衡山有影響，考慮退房後重新訂一天。當時已過了退房期限，平台與酒店聯繫後，立即給我們退了房。到酒店住下後，果然出現了暫停預訂衡山門票問題，我們也得以及時返程。
