On a recent trip from Savannah to Greenville, we stayed in 3 hotels, this one was the last night of our trip and it was THE Best! We loved the beautiful lobby, the room was immaculate, staff was super friendly and the price was competitive with our other two hotels on the trip. My sister is looking to relocate in Hickory and will be back in the area with her husband. They'll be staying here for sure!

The Hotel lobby looked ok, but the smell throughout the hotel was not pleasant. There was water on the floors in the elevator. The carpets were dirty and hair was found throughout the room. Not pleased with hotel stay.

The breakfast was certainly nothing special.....and certainly not included in the price of the room. To pay an extra $15 (?) for a very "ordinary", "run of the mill" breakfast was extremely disappointing to all six of us (all adults). Breakfast should have been included in the price of the two rooms we used for a total of 8 hours. None of us was pleased that it was going to cost an additional ~$90 to eat breakfast (cost for our group, not including the tip would have left).

The hotel was very clean, safe, and quiet. The pool is indoor and very small. The hot tub was green and dirty. Breakfast is not included. We chose to pay for breakfast one morning, but it was not good, and we didn’t eat there again.

The hotel was great overall. Good location and nice pool/spa. The beds were comfortable. Only complaint was the pillows were terrible.. very flat and no support. Overall great hotel and we will stay again.
