Place clean staff good only problem pool and spa not working

We won’t stay there again, it’s worse than motels and it’s not cheap. Sound insulation is very bad, room is not cleaned. We found quite a few hair on the sheet. We left as soon as we woke up and did not even want to have the breakfast there although breakfast is included in our room. Very disappointed at Ramada.

The only way to go to jasper, rest for a night in the town of hinton
The location of the hotel is good, there are several supermarkets next door, you can supply food and water
The hotel provides free breakfast, and the variety is also good.

The walls, floors & ceiling are all paper thin so it was noisy all the time as ecrry little noise from surrounding rooms was clearly audible. Add in the noisy plumbing so none of us got much sleep. Staff and cleanliness were great but will not be staying here again

We have never been to Hinton before but we had to drive from Kelowna to Grande Prairie, and couldn’t leave until 3:00 pm, making the trip very challenging in one shot. Staying in Hinton was half the price of Jasper, and hardly out of our way. The hotel was excellent, and it turns out Hinton is a very nice spot. I think this will be our new routine from now on.
