訂的酒店和入住的完全不是一家，訂的這個天源已經垮了，住的是旁邊民宿，倒是還乾淨，但是完全不值這個價格，買的套票含住宿，根本沒有觀光車，自己開車進去，幾乎沒啥人，過了花季，比從俄麼塘到紅原路上的景觀還差些，完全不值這個價格。

最差，沒有之一，孩子洗着洗着澡沒有熱水，前台沒人，電話三個都接不通，衞生又臟，喝的冷水也沒有。後來攜程小姐姐聯繫到酒店説不是24小時供熱水，但入住時沒提醒，網頁上也沒明説幾點到幾點供熱水，一個字，差。

景區內唯一酒店，酒店價格含了120的門票景區車票，總的來説划算。前台和餐廳服務員們的態度都挺好的，房間大，衞生條件還行，早餐能吃飽。唯一不足房間裏太冷了，雖然熱水很好但不敢脱衣服洗澡，晚上衹能躲在有電熱毯的被窩裡。但總的性價比很高！

我覺得吧，這個酒店還是可以，在景區內的酒店，這個價位，這個大小，這個條件，還有製氧機，我覺得可以了，畢竟才200多塊，唯一不足的，而且是很不足的地方就是床真的太軟了，晚上根本睡不好，建議換硬床墊或者是那種棕墊，也畢竟便宜，真的開車累了睡不好很難受，景區是真的很美

很差勁的體驗，網上訂的酒店的名字和實際住的地方不是同一個，找了好久才找到，重點是提前三天就訂的，一直聯繫不上酒店的人，座機打不通，手機連續打了3天都不接電話，到了地方之後又發現這個天源酒店大門破舊不堪還用緊鎖着，打電話怎麼都聯繫不上，後面聯繫了平台的工作人員，給了幾個號碼其中就有一直打不通的那個號碼，能打通的號碼又不是他們店裡的，是成都公司的，成都的工作人員説她不在紅原她不清楚，她也聯繫不上紅原的工作人員，當時心態崩了，反覆聯繫了很多次，後來平台客服説在原來酒店位置的前面一點，我們又往前面開了好遠出去都沒看到，最後終於聯繫上酒店的工作人員了，被告知就在原來酒店旁邊的民宿，就很無語，名字都不一樣誰能找到啊，也沒在平台上説明一下，打了電話不接也不回，辦理入住的時候問前台小哥也是一問三不知，問為什麼不接電話他説沒聽到，問為什麼酒店名字跟平台上不一樣也説不清楚，無語至極，然後是第二天早上的早餐，入住的時候問了，説的是9點結束，我們8點40左右去就説沒有了，整個過程真的超級無語，第一次遇到這麼糟糕的情況，再也不會去了，大家謹慎

網上預訂的是：紅原俄麼塘天源度假酒店，實際上這個酒店已經關門。晚上下着下雨，酒店的電話始終無法打通。在現場花費了半個小時找到大約400米開外的：俄麼塘花海民宿住宿。早餐一塌糊塗。請看圖片。

在景區內，房間很乾凈，床有點軟，前台藏族小哥哥有點帥，態度很好，到的時候遇到冰雹，還在酒店門口接我們。還有早餐，早餐服務人員的態度也很好，饅頭、豆漿涼了都給我們換熱的。但是沒有熱水，洗臉刷牙都好冷

酒店非常好，藏式特色我好喜歡，前台小哥哥又帥又專業，一些很小的問題都很耐心的告訴我，客房大姐也很熱情，碰到一位客房大姐，還主動幫我把行李送到房間，下次有機會還來。
