首先客房在四樓，電梯不能用，跟前台説換個一樓或者二樓的房間，前台女客服態度惡劣的説沒有，衹有上四樓拎着大小行李爬樓梯，打開房間門很大一股黴臭味，女客服説忘了開窗通風了，讓我打開窗一會兒就好了我真的是無語了，一再要求換一個房間女客服很不情願的給換了一間，其次房間空調不能用問女客服回答不能用，攜程上明明是有空調的，我覺得這是虛假宣傳的，準備睡覺了掀開被子一看床單都是破的，打電話給前台很久才來換，換的也是個破的，真的讓人噁心大半夜的實在是困了就跟客服説你這個床單的破洞你們自己的問題，不要退房時説我弄破的（萬一是黑店訛人），退房時要求開發票又是各種推脱而且態度很不好還語言攻擊，最後找的攜程客服酒店才給開，總之最最最最最差的一次住宿體驗，希望大家避坑

電梯居然不開。。。。3500米海拔，拎着行李爬四樓真的很要命。。。房間實話實説有點老舊了，淋浴房的門還少了一半。。。衞生間地磚全是破的。。。強烈懷疑之前的人在浴室小便，一股難以言表的味道。。。服務人員的態度還可以，房卡沒有做好打了電話給送上來，因為沒有電梯我們爬不動第二次了。早餐麼非常簡單饅頭鹹菜和粥。國慶期間臨時落腳的地方，原本也沒指望多好，不算出乎意料吧。
