Great stay-awesome check-in at 6:30 am-got a pass key for media room, washrooms, a garden & work out room and valet checked our luggage. Went for a walk and breakfast and got our room at 9:30 am for a full check in. All this after a 10 hour flight from Sydney, Australia!

We booked a month prior and our reservation was CANCELLED the day before our trip. VERY BAD AND SO STRESSFUL EXPERIENCE, NEVER AGAIN !!!!!

The staff is amazing. They're so friendly and warm. I also loved having laundry on site! The parking is tough at $38 per night. A parking ticket is $35 😹 . We found some free parking nearby but there are parking rules.
There isnt daily room service, but they provide extra towels and linens if you ask the front desk.
I had such a great stay. The property is walking distance from Waikiki Beach and the shopping *****.
I would definitely stay here again!!

My honeymoon was perfect. Our hot water went out and the got us going. Our bill wasxadjusted for the inconvenience. Going back in 5 years

I originally booked another hotel for this trip but this deal came up in the app and this hotel is also an RCI affiliate property so I figured I’d take advantage of the huge discount and location as well as seeing if this is where I want to use my rci points next trip to hawaii and I wasn’t disappointed. Staff really makes guests feel royal at this location! 10 min walk to the beach and the amenities are awesome and no resort fee was a plus as well. I’d definitely stay here again!
