和田玉都大酒店前台服務員態度一般。還要收按金。三星級不知怎麼掛的？！管理差！服務員門也不敲就直接刷卡開門進房！
房間的衞生差！衞生間馬桶臟！若不是累了（又要退按金折騰）肯定是不會住的！！！
酒店設施很舊，而且破爛不堪！停車位少不方便。房間燈光昏暗。
出遊以來最差的酒店！但不是最便宜的！不推薦！
酒店環境差！不隔音！各種聲音令人厭惡！
