Jinling Grand Hotel Huai'an

The hotel was fully booked during the May Day holiday, so my parents and I were not able to stay in the same building. Master Dong from the concierge depar**ent first enthusiastically accompanied and helped my elderly parents deliver their luggage to the room. When we went to the lobby to look for the forgotten luggage, we learned that Master Dong had found it and took the initiative to deliver it to my parents' room again. Very good. They called to ask if there were any requirements before check-in. When checking in, they asked about local attractions. Although they were not very clear, they answered enthusiastically. The room was also good. Snacks and fruits were given upon check-in, but there was no conditioner. Located in Huaiyin District, close to Wanda Plaza and the Liyun Canal Scenic Area, Qingyan Garden must be visited. Opposite is the cherry blossom garden. I will definitely come again next year when the flowers bloom.

The suite is quite large, with 1 living room, 2 rooms, 3 bathrooms, 1 large bed and 2 single beds. 2 of the bathrooms can be used for showers, with 1 bathtub and slippers for children. It is very convenient to bring 2 children. There are free fruits. 2 Journey to the West comic books were also given. The service is very good, the service staff are very friendly, take the initiative to say hello, and take the initiative to help give away the small blind box and mobile phone holder of Journey to the West before leaving. I dropped something when I got off the taxi, and I found it the next day. The sanitary environment is good, there is a Wanda Plaza 800 to 900 meters away. It takes about 25 minutes to take a taxi to the Journey to the West and Huai'an East Station. It is very convenient to take a taxi, the car drives directly to the door, and it doesn't rain. The breakfast is OK, but there are too many people during the May Day holiday. If you want to find a table for 4, you need to wait for a while.

The hotel is very good and should be a high-star hotel in the local area. The hotel environment is beautiful and quiet, very close to the city, and the service is first-class. When checking out, the front desk customer service manager Mr. Ji Feng took the initiative to greet us during our stay, helped us with our luggage, and gave us a small gift. The service details were very good. We are very satisfied and will definitely stay here again next time we come to Huai'an.

The most impressive thing about this hotel is the warmth and thoughtfulness. All the staff members we met were doing their best to provide good service. Before arriving at the hotel, the hotel took the initiative to call us; when we arrived at the hotel, we took the initiative to help us carry our luggage and send it to the room, and also sent welcome fruits (I only remembered to take pictures when I ate half of the cherry tomatoes). Almost every staff member we met was smiling, proactive, kind, and helpful. For example, when we learned that we were going to Hexia Ancient Town, the beautiful woman we met in the elevator took the initiative to tell us the convenient and fast way to travel and the route; when we missed the lunch time at the suitable restaurant and returned to the hotel exhausted, although the hotel restaurant was also on break time, they arranged as much as possible according to our needs, and improvised creativity (not on the menu): one portion of Yangchun noodles with stir-fried meat topping for each person! I went to Huai'an with my wife for two days on the weekend. The main attractions in Huai'an: the former residence of the Prime Minister, Huai'an Prefecture Office, Hexia Ancient Town, the No. 1 Scholar's Mansion, and the former residence of Wu Cheng'en are relatively concentrated, all in the southern Huai'an District. After a whole day of walking during the day, in order to take a boat to cruise the inner canal at night and experience the night view of "the canal is three thousand miles long, and the most beautiful is Huai'an", I chose the Jinling Hotel in Huaiyin District at night. This choice is undoubtedly correct. The hotel belongs to the Jinling Group, with a beautiful environment, complete facilities, clean and hygienic, especially considerate service, which reflects the heritage of a five-star hotel everywhere. Special thanks to the front desk staff for arranging a very quiet room. The bed and pillow are very comfortable, allowing me, a person with sleep disorders, to sleep all night. It is really good, and I will choose the Jinling brand in the future.

The hotel has a nice green environment and a pleasant garden. The room is very clean and the bed is comfortable. There is a refrigerator, but it is not refrigerated, so the Tremella fuciformis I sent cannot be frozen. The service, the front desk manager has good etiquette standards, and greets everyone with a smile when they enter the door. The doorman is well dressed and meticulous. The restaurant manager is very nice. Today, I met an uncle with no quality in the restaurant who used public chopsticks and public clips to eat directly at the buffet table. It was disgusting. After feedback, the manager quickly changed the tableware. The breakfast dishes are not bad, but the time is still very tight, from 7 to 9:30. Those who are used to sleeping late are basically out of luck.

I was very satisfied with the Huai'an Marathon trip. The Huai'an staff was also very enthusiastic. The Jinling Hotel has a beautiful environment and considerate service. When I checked out, the lobby manager, Mr. Ji Feng, asked about my stay, took my luggage and put it in the car for me. His service was professional and considerate. In order for us to rest a little longer after running, the hotel also specially extended our free check-out to 4 pm! This is the marathon hotel service experience I have never had before. Another thing that surprised me was that the hotel prepared breakfast for guests participating in the marathon at 5 am, although it was only eggs and noodles.
