The hotel had a great location close to some of the most famous peaks. We stayed for a night to be able to see the sunset and sunrise and all was arranged in order to allow it in the most comfortable and convenient way, from tours planned to down jackets in the room free for use. We were upgraded during check-in for a better room and used the restaurant for dinner and breakfast. On top of that we also found a voucher for the spa in the room ☺️

What made our stay here amazing wasn't only the comfortable beds, spacious room and delicious breakfast, but the wonderful manager (I believe her family name is Tan, forgive me if I forgot) and her polite and helpful staff! Firstly, our reservation was at ”SWEETOME Hotel”, but they decided they were no longer allowing foreigners to stay at their hotel (even with covid tests and green health codes). Fine, that's their ignorant decision to make, however, the problem was we were told this on arrival at check in. How unprofessional and thoughtless of them! Thankfully, Trip called around and this hotel seemed to be the only one taking foreigners, we were of course relieved. At this point our expectations were very low and I was thinking of cancelling the trip at leaving the next day, but the warmth and friendliness of the manager and all the staff we met at check-in and afterwards as well as the comfy room made us stay and enjoy Huangshan for 3 days. I'll definitely stay here again and will most definitely recommend to my friends. The location, amenities and cleanliness are also all perfect! Well deserving of 20 stars!! Thankfully that other place turned us away!

This is a very large hotel with lots of rooms and floors. The rooms are big, comfortable beds and great furniture. Staff tried really hard although some didn't speak much English, the concierge was great and arranged transport for us. The pool is big but lots of children! The buffet breakfast was great but the dinner not worth it. Only local beer available.

Very good, especially the service to score 100 points! Very recommended! Because Beijing Feihuangshan has a flight at night, so I chose a hotel near the airport as a transit. I didn't expect too much, but I felt the warm service and greetings of the staff from the store. Because I arrived late and rented a car by car, the route was not very familiar. The staff intimately asked the car to stop at the lobby entrance. Check-in also gave a beautiful souvenir. There are also greeting cards and welcome fruits in the room. The best thing is the children's toothbrush, which should be more than 80% of the configuration of a five-star hotel. The staff in the hotel will greet you warmly and enthusiastically, which makes us feel the hospitality of Anhui people on the first night here in Anhui. Because I had to leave early the next morning, I didn't have much time to visit the hotel carefully, but the hotel's Chinese promenade still left a very deep impression. Especially recommended for business or parent-child travel. A small problem is that the central air conditioning in the room is not easy to use. I was awakened by the cold at night. The temperature has been up to 14 degrees. This makes the northerners who are used to heating in the house a little uncomfortable. Turn on the indoor hang-up air conditioner and adjust it to 30 degrees. The wind is still half-cool and not hot. I hope it can be improved.

Location is perfect at the top of the mountain, we arrived after a day of hiking and were warmly welcomed by the hotel staff - especially Qinqin who kept in touch with us and sent us weather/cloud cover/sunrise details by message. We were so impressed and pleasantly surprised by the hotel facilities - really good food (and very reasonably priced), warm and clean room, smart toilet, mountain-view from the window, warm jackets provided for watching the sunrise (we were lucky to catch a clear sky for the sunrise!). They also prepared small items of complimenary local snacks and coffees throughout our stay. There was a small performance of the traditional opera style in the evening in the main hall which was lovely (especially for my UK partner to experience!). Would highly recommend and would stay again

They also gave us a lot of recommendations about hiking routes on the mountain, which is really helpful. We will never forget the wonderful time we had at Yupinglou hotel. NIce new hotel .. very posh .. name changed to cloud fun .. just few minutes away from xihai gorge. Staff Xiang Jian Fan was updating us the sunrise/sunset schedule and location to watch them. It is really amazing to have such nice hotel at the peak. Everything is carried up by hand .. including the bedsheet we slept on. I saw the guys carrying them up and down hill.

Traveled over the Chinese New Year. The hotel was clean and personnel nice. My target was going to the Yellow Mountain and it turned out to be problematic because of timing and the pandemic situation (=lack of tourists). With help of the personnel the trip finally came true. Special thanks to Miss Amber, who had a vital role in overcoming language barrier and arranging transportation. The hotel was clean and beds ok. Also, the Wifi was working fine. The breakfast was not available in the hotel. Also visited the Old Town that is in (longish) walking distance from the hotel. Can recommend the hotel for traveler on budget.
