Liked how quiet it was & it's location. Didn't like being made to wait 10 minutes & calling twice for the desk clerk to show up to check in at 10 pm.

Unfortunately our experience was not favorable. Hotel room smelled horrible and we did not stay the 2nd night. Front desk was never attended

They are trying to update the hotel. There are a few things still needed (shower and toilet need updated badly)

Bathroom hard to flush toilet and was very noisy shower head poor condition. Desk person tried to increase price and seemed to have poor English comprehension. And hard to understand possibly due to heavy accent.

Hotel is average. Cleanliness is questionable. Works fine if you only need to be there one night, although someone tried barging into our room at 8:30am, most likely hotel staff.

We have stayed in two different rooms and in both, the bathroom door was hard to shut tight. Had to really slam it to get it to latch.

John the manager was phenomenal!!! He bent over backwards to find the right room for us with my partner's health conditions! This young man knows what it means to serve... his customer service was easily the best I have seen in any industry! This company has a jewel in John! He made our stay even more enjoyable! We will stay again the next time we travel that way! Thank you!

The shower had mold in it, the bathroom light would flicker constantly, the tv wouldn't work, bed was hard as a rock, outlets were loose and wouldn't hold a wall plug in (also no usb ports, like most hotels have now). When we told the "manager" all he said was that he would talk to people. Nothing was done about it.
