Went to Huocheng Lavender Manor and stayed in Vienna. The hotel was a 4-minute drive from the scenic spot. You could see the scenic spot from the hotel.
Facilities: The facilities are relatively old. It seems that many groups stay there, and the breakfast is average.
Hygiene: Hygienic conditions are okay, but the carpet is not very clean
Service: There is not much food around the hotel, and the hotel restaurant is a bit expensive

我住過維也納酒店許多家，這個維也納是最差的一個灑店，服務員態度不好，不熱情，房間衞生及差，馬桶壞的，沐浴房下水道堵塞，早餐用時，服務員憑房卡一個發一個雞，食品很少，我們在規定時間用餐，許多食品都沒有，連最起碼的粥都沒有了，最差的維也納酒店，可惜這個品牌了。

新疆一路旅遊，住的最拉垮的一個酒店。
剛到酒店的時候就聽前台在找保潔阿姨，保潔阿姨不願意打掃某個房間，讓他們去找劉總，讓劉總給她打電話，聽的我們一愣一愣的。到了房間，不負所望，房間衞生極差，有圖有真相。最氣人的是，酒店的熱水真的很冷，我們打電話給前台，前台很敷衍的説就是標準的42度，她很忙，還有別的事嘛……我到大廳去找經理，經理説，酒店用的統一熱水器，就是設定的42度，我讓他們上去量水温，就是不肯上去，問他能解決嗎，回答是固定了，不能。我踏🐎，真的服。
我轉了一圈，看這個小鎮還有一些新開的酒店，再怎麼也比這破店好吧，我花了最貴的價錢，得到這樣的體驗，也算旅程一絕吧

環境可以，餐飲也行，前台服務員太少了好像忙不過來，那天碰到去吃飯，保安找房卡找了一會找餐券又找了一會，上去了房卡沒刷又下去，給吃飯的前台打電話，她又下來刷。。。。。按説當時10點入住高峯期前台不應該沒有人還是多找個前台比較合適畢竟旅遊團也入住的多

整體的管理水平有待提高，賽里木湖出來，9點多辦理入住，竟然還會停水，説水管壞，正在搶修。想在酒店吃飯，上菜又是個慢，房間還行，就是設施舊了些。

酒店交通方便，離薰衣草園很近，附近的飯店也非常不錯，酒店衞生不錯，衹是設施有點陳舊了，是塞裏木湖到伊寧中途不錯的中點站

住了四天了，七樓客房阿姨真的很好，打掃衞生很乾凈！即使再忙也收拾的很到位，很滿意的一次入住！前台也很和藹，可以選擇住在這裏。
