入住我們訂的是有空調房前台給了個無空調房，我們把東西拿到房間準備休息了屋裡悶熱找不到空調開關和調控器，結果發現根本沒有空調出風口。穿好衣服到樓下找到前台服務員她沒為自己的馬虎給顧客帶來不必要的麻煩而説聲對不起衹清淡説給你換個房間不就行了麻，14層行不行，我們都是年近七旬的人開了一天車怎能計較馬上搬東西上1407房間。進房間一看東西沒處放衹好放地上，衹想趕快休息。拉開被看床單上有根頭髮用手撣一下感覺有沙子，我要找服務員，這一層沒有找到，在走廊喊了一聲又怕打攪別的客人，回房間老伴説算了撣撣早點休息吧。於是去哪揭開另一床的被子準備，一衹蟑螂跑出來我下意識的用手打了一下覺得好可怕沒打死讓它跑到了床下面。基於此種情況又不得不去找前台。這時已經夜裡十點多鐘了，前台很不耐煩的説：我們這誰家裡沒有幾個蟑螂，跑到床上也是常有的事。等我把這幾個入住的再處理你這事。我一看有好好幾個人要辦，我説你先把我這已經入住的事解決了吧，我把手機拍的床單上的照片給她看，她看有證據，而且有一根也不象頭髮，也不可能從我們老年人身體上掉下來，就説你説怎麼辦吧？要不給你換個房間，我一聽頭都大了兩個多小時還要折騰，我們已經沒力氣了，她才同意給我們換一下床單。
換床單的服務員太度還挺好，馬上換好看我們很疲憊
了説了句安慰的話：這麼晚了早點休息吧，你也別生氣，前台那個服務員可能是剛來的。
我也不是多事的人，如果沒有蟑螂也就算了，儘管如廁時關不上門，燒水衹能放在床頭櫃上都可以將就。

可能在當地屬於很不錯的酒店，當天有很多婚宴和升學宴，放了鞭炮很熱鬧！酒店早餐還不錯，能住。

再次入住，感覺不錯，主要是方便，臨近火車站，出行便利，周邊各式各樣口味的飯店很多，可供各類人羣選擇。值得推薦！

停車場足夠大自駕遊首先，樓層服務員挺好，但總枱服務員好象是非州回來的，很嚴肅沒有半點笑容＂黑口黑麪＂的。

特價房壁紙脱落，房間電視無法觀看，服務員告知特價房就這樣，辦理升級房型麻煩服務態度一般。

疫情期間辦理入住慢一些，但這也是為了安全可以理解；
樓下停車位多，特別方便；房間也很寬敞明亮，乾淨。
唯一不滿意的地方，早餐1.2米以下的小童也收費，而且不好吃。

服務太差了，特別是前台接待的我已經無法形容了，本來是想找一家大點的酒店，在攜程上找的，看這家環境還可以，所以就選擇這家，這是第一次來這家酒店，下次再也不會來這家酒店了，所以奉勸各位來霍林郭勒不要選擇這裏。

經濟型 房間挺大的 但是前台真的無語了 問什麼 都是一副你愛住不住 我們就這樣的樣子
要交按金 熱水衹能持續二十分鐘 1米以上孩子就需要交38元早餐 然而早餐 也就那麼回事

位置好停車方便，早餐沒吃。總體感覺還是不錯的，第一次出差到達霍林郭勒市，小縣城能有如次大的酒店還是不錯的，旁邊是火車站，火車也不是太多。房間挺大的，停車方便，早餐沒有吃上。
