I always go back to the same hotels in Colombia and some of them have a pandemic hangover when it comes to maintenance and service, but Ecostar is just like before which is great news. As some people have noted, it might not be the most romantic hotel in the world (or even on the block, now that Sonesta is there), but it's comfortable, the staff are very friendly and experienced, and the breakfast is very good. There is traffic noise, but that beats party noise. There are endless food options within a ten-minute walk and several less than a minute away. If you reserve a non-refundable room in advance on their website, it's so cheap that you might feel bad about it.

Por mejorar luces en pasillos e insonoraciòn en habitaciones, mejorar comfort de almohadas.

Es un hotel muy agradable con habitaciones confortables que permiten descansar sin problemas. Las habitaciones están equipadas con mobiliario e instrumentos modernos, y el desayuno es barra libre con una buena variedad de productos. Mi hija pidió en dos ocasiones la elaboración de unos huevos especiales, y siempre estuvieron atentos a cubrir sus necesidades. Además cuenta con una excelente ubicación y servicio de parqueadero.

No vuelvo a estar en este hotel, la verdad desde que llegué, una señora no me atendió bien, el servicio es pésimo, adicional que le cobren el parqueadero al huésped por noche, no es lo correcto.
No tienen como un restaurante fijo dentro del hotel para la cena, se debe salir y no facilitan esa parte.

La ubicación es excelente; muy cerca de centros comerciales, bancos y restaurantes. Y el servicio del personal maravilloso.
Pero lamentablemente la habitación que nos correspondió no era muy cómoda para dos personas, demasiado pequeña y el baño terrible, tanto por su condición como por su tamaño.

Excelente servicio, el aseo impecable. Tiene la mejor ubicación cerca a Centros Comerciales y restaurantes. El desayuno es variado y muy bien presentado. Tiene estación de café todo el día y el personal esta dispuesto a ayudar.
