リッチモンドホテルはどこでもふかふかのバスタオル、清潔な設備といった基本的な面が行き届いてると思います。 今回は水戸で偕楽園に行くためにここに宿泊。偕楽園観光にはとても立地が良いです。水戸駅からホテルも真ん前にある大工町駅まで頻繁に路線バスが通っており、駅から中途半端な距離のホテルよりははるかに便利かと。 ザ・ウェストヒルズ水戸はバス、トイレが完全に別スペース(ツインルーム)であり、それも使い勝手がよく高評価でした。 朝食も美味しかったです。

娘の受験の為の利用でした。静かな部屋でのリクエストにも応えていただき快適に過ごすことができました。コンビニもあり当日のお昼を持たせるのにも便利でした。ツインルームは、洗い場と浴槽が分かれていて、宿泊して驚いたのはシャワーがリファになっていたことです。 次の日までお肌ツルツルでした。 朝食も美味しかったし、珈琲も部屋に持ち帰ることができました。今度は観光で水戸を訪れた際に利用させてください。 チェックアウトでお話しさせていただいた新人さん頑張ってください。

部屋に子供のお年玉袋をまとめた巾着袋を忘れてしまいチェックアウトした5時間後にホテルに問い合わせした所、巾着はあるがお年玉袋は入っていなかった。泊まった夜に子供と金額数えて巾着にしまってそのまま忘れたのでホテルの清掃の人に盗られた以外ありえない。泥棒が働いているホテルです。 ホテルの支配人はお年玉はありませんでしたの一点ばり。 財布の中身抜かれるよりも子供のお年玉袋を盗む人間が働いてる事に正月からとても嫌な思いをしました。 忘れてきた自分が悪いので諦めます。

久しぶりに　ウエストヒルズ水戸に宿泊した。すべてに　おいて、何の問題もなく、チェックインから　チェックアウトまで　安心して過ごす事が出来ました。贅沢を言えば加湿器を入れて欲しいと思いました。冬の乾燥で鼻も口もカラカラになってしまいましたので、仕方なくバスルームのドアを開けっぱなしにして、シャワーを出しっぱなしにして　乾燥を防ぎました

立地は水戸駅から遠く、繁華街に近い。部屋はツインであるがベッドをくっつけているだけで部屋は狭い。逆にお風呂はセパレートで広く快適。駐車場が大きいので便利。朝食ビュッフェは普通。接客はチェックインは丁寧であったが、チャックアウトは挨拶すら無し。評価が難しいホテル。

良い点 浴槽が大きくゆったりできた。 一階にコンビニがあった。 朝食がとても美味しかった。オムレツ、けんちん汁、そば等とても美味しく満足でした。 改善点 部屋に常設してある、服に髪の毛が多数あり、不快でした。クリーニング等はされているのか不信感を持ちました。 ベッドマットレス、枕が会わず難儀した。 ツインの部屋でテーブルに対して椅子1つなのは何故なのか？ 朝食時、食べ終わった食器類をどうして良いかの説明等がなく困りました。 隣室の子供の声、騒音等をフロントに2回連絡したが２回目に「見回りましたが見受けられないと」言われ、その後も子供の声、騒音を我慢して過ごしました。フロントの対応に不信感を抱きました。あれ程の騒音が聞こえないのは、廊下に対しての壁が厚く、隣の部屋に対しては薄いのでしょうか。ともあれ、対応には不信感を抱きました。 宿泊者ではない人が、一階のコンビニを通りすぎ、トイレに行く等、宿泊者以外がフロント近くに入れるのは如何なものか。ホテル内に侵入出来てしまうのではないか。
