Room has not have intercom to call on reception or services, parking charges apply after 9am which wasn’t clear when booking room, kettle was not working,no glass given for water, light was broken.

The hotel is good.near the city center..which make it easier to go and come back.the workers are friendly especially ashif who received us.i will recommend the hotel for anyone coming to Ilford.100% my next hotel when am around will be this..nice place

Hotel rooms were clean, spacious and had comfortable beds. Hotel manager Andrew was really helpful and knowledgeable, ensuring that we had a great stay. Plenty of local amenities, with the tube station being approximately a 5 minute walk from the hotel.

We checked in and met Ashif who was very polite and helpful and made us feel very welcomed and comfortable. He is certainly an asset to Travelodge. We had a nice room, the bed was comfortable, it was very clean and we had a really good night's sleep.

This hotel has one of the best managers I had trouble with my card getting in to my room and as soon as I reported this Andrew was there to sort it polity and very high standard of customer care well done Andrew. The hotel it's self needs a face lift some of the rooms look dull and the toilet flush didn't work unless you lifted it after each flush .but if anyone of the managers I have met can sort this it's Andrew

Terribly maintained, smelly and noisy - all you'd like to avoid in one place. From the soap dispenser to the walls, all had fresh stains and the smell was terrible. I had 2 nights booked and only stayed one as I've arrived late in the evening and couldn't easily move.

I received very good service and help with anything that I needed, From Ashrif and Emmanuel. Made me feel comfortable and was always there to help whenever we needed something. Very kind and lovely and were supportive in making us have a good stay here. Very good customer services.
