The team in general regardless of department, from front desk’s Atangba to everyone I meet on day to day in housekeeping and people in restaurant like Ramchandra who suggests meals both local and general cuisines when I’m unable to decide, others like Souly with her calm composed smile when my colleagues are cracking the most lamest jokes , Femina even called me before the breakfast was over closed, to make sure i know the breakfast closing time and if I need to get anything to eat kept aside, since today was the only day I didn’t have a flight and was fast asleep Umason not only does he serve the meal but explains any query’s like how their cream is made in house and is on trial . By the way AMAZING PISTACHIO BUTTERSCOTG AND STRAWBERRY ICE CREAM Kudos to the chef, basically we can have a genuine conversation with team if the restaurant isn’t very busy , and when it is the most loving part is they make sure they ask us my or my colleague’s usual dishes or if we wanna try something new. People like Gellen when delivering room service, small things like ,permission to enter the room even though to me the formality isn’t required it’s very much appreciated and this I have observed with even the trainees, very well groomed , and I can say that with certainty , being an ex hotelier myself . I’m very sure I am missing a lot of people , since I got to Imphal the first time it’s been around 30 days I’ve met and have never disappointed me in anything . Thank you so much to everyone for making my stay feel as comfortable as possible especially even the housekeeping team though I’m never there to see who’s who’s they’ve made sure they keep my preferences tea and stuff in mind . Classic Grande is the only hotel I’m recommending to my fam and friends when the visit to Imphal.
