The room is located next to the canal in the city center, but it is obviously an old house renovated. When checking in, you have to sign a lot of disclaimers and record your bank card password and other things with the clerk. It feels very unreliable. I don't recommend this hotel.

The hotel is situated on the beautiful River Ness, opposite the castle. The exterior is beautiful, but the interior facilities in the room are a bit simple. There is a one-way street in front of the hotel and parking is not allowed, but there is a paid parking lot 200 meters away.

This is my second time staying at this hotel. The facilities are old and the rooms are average. The only advantage is that the service staff are very enthusiastic and the hotel is in a convenient location.

The hotel is old, living up to the local architecture, however its facilities are in perfect condition. I found a call! Very polite attendants.
There is no private parking, but it didn't work. There is a public car park a few meters away which charges £5 per day.

The location is good by the small river, the city center is across the river, and the room type is relatively cozy. The only downside is that the parking is not very convenient. If you are traveling by car, you need to park in the surrounding parking lots.

Heating was not enougth . Very dirty hotel. Service from reception amator.
The only thing good is the place and the restaurants walking distance.
Sleep with cold sensation its terrible!

Bed was comfortable.
Couldn't open the windows to clear condensation on windows in bathroom.
Noted build up of dust around base of beside lamp and dusty behind of beside tables.
