千萬不要去這家酒店就是騙人的，尤其是他包的晚餐就是拿的最差的那種，把你當成下等人看待，千萬別上當。昨天他們覺得我們吃多了，今天就拿了很差的一個菜單。而且我們不能超過1000盧布。

Мне очень понравился отель! На ресепшене и в ресторане просто замечательная атмосфера, кругом лепнина и мягкие ковры, приятная цветовая гамма, красивые новогодние украшения.
Сам номер тоже очень уютный. Впервые я спала как младенец, обычно в отелях я плохо сплю. Мягкое постельное белье и матрас, комната не выглядит серой и обезличенной, на потолке тоже есть лепнина, как и внизу, на обоях замысловатый узор. В ванной комнате есть ванна!! Чего еще делать усталому путешественнику.. минибар полный вкусняшек, в комнату готовы по первому зову доставить ужин из ресторана, а еще и получаешь скидку 12% как гостю отеля. Персонал очень приветливый, всегда готовы подсказать, помочь. Когда пожаловалась на холод, мне в течении 5 минут принесли доп батарею. Так было и с другими бытовыми проблемами.
Добавлю, что отель расположен напротив шикарного парка, до большого торгового центра 2 минуты пешком, место идеальное. С удовольствием буду приезжать еще!

Очень понравилось в этом отеле, особенно девушка администратор на рецепции. Я прилетела рано утром, мой рейс был транзитом через Пекин 12 часов без выхода в город, и в Иркутск мы летели в ночь. Конечно мне хотелось спать и я еле стояла на ногах. К сожалению все отели имеют правила заезда и выезда в определенное время, но мне сообщили,что мой номер убран и я заселилась немного раньше положенного. Это исключительно заслуга администратора, она пошла мне на встречу и я очень благодарна за это! Так же понравился ресторан на первом этаже. Местоположение отеля в самом центре, рядом есть большой тц с супермаркетом.

Не плохой отель по завышенной цене, номера нормальные но старенькие ... все упирается в цену, если б она была в 2,5 раза дешевле то оценка была бы 5 звёзд. Ресторан там хуже чем отель, вроде дизайн пафосный но кресла, диваны все в пятнах ,кухня по качеству как в недорогом кафе а цена как в ресторане приличном...завтраками, которые включены в стоимость отеля приличные ,не смотря на то что кухня одна) ... поэтому резюме: отель не плохой но очень завышена цена, мое мнение что если много просишь то надо соответствовать.!!!

Отличный отель, приветливый персонал и вкусные завтраки! Проживала в номере на втором этаже, очень уютный и красивый со всеми удобствами. Так же хочу отметить удобное расположение в центре города, в пешей доступности красивый парк и 130-й квартал. Спасибо большое администраторам, посоветовали куда сходить и где вкусно покушать☺️

Коллега посоветовала данный отель. Очень рад, что прислушался к ее прению. Все что нужно было находилось прямо в номере. Особенно зацепило местонахождение отеля, все в шаговой доступности. Приятно удивили завтраки, было вкусно. Отдельное спасибо администратору ресепшена Юлии за помощь в распечатке документов перед важной встречей. Рекомендую!
