Situated at the central area in the Europe side of Istanbul with the busting shopping area which is just muns away from Rixos Petra Istanbul Hotel. It give tourist a privilege of stay, shopping, food and drink.
The front desk, doorman and conceige has provided well information with their pleasant smile and assistance to ensure every customer's feel great satisfaction

Great reception staff! We were welcomed with freshly made juice and brought little treats throughout our stay. Any time we asked for assistance or more water there was no issues. Great location near major walking street. Twelve minute walk to Galata Tower. The facilities were wonderful. Delightful breakfast with a variety of salads, meats, cheeses, and local dishes. We would definitely come back to stay in the future!

The air-conditioning didnt work well or some days at all. It was impossible hot to be at the room and sleep.
As the hotel's stuff had say it was impossible to make it better

房間大小合適，靠英使館一側很安靜，早餐非常豐富，品種繁多，口味極佳，餐廳風景好。前台服務生的英語土耳其口音太重，態度比較生硬，忘性大，把訂單材料差點弄丟。因早上五點半離店提前要求準備簡便早餐帶走，結果又被前台忘了。一句話，前台服務差。
