The location is good, not far from the lake and Cornell University. There don't seem to be many African-Americans nearby. It feels relatively safe, and it's convenient to eat. As a chain hotel, the cleanliness is acceptable, and the necessary facilities such as refrigerators and microwaves are also available. Yes, the staff service can’t be said to be very good, but it’s okay, because you don’t need to check in directly with the prepaid credit card and deposit. I accidentally lost the room card (I found it later) and got another one without saying a word. Parking is also very convenient. The biggest downside is breakfast, which is basically nothing, cereal/milk/coffee/three flavors of muffin/yogurt/apple, and instant noodles? It's really the simplest breakfast I've ever eaten. Pleasant helpful staff. Clean, safe, good location. Plenty of conveniences. Their snowplow guy stays on top of the snow. Only negative is the tv requires two remotes to operate.

This hotel is very basic, with minimal but all necessary amenities. However, the property is very well maintained. Internet was easy to set up, worked very well. The hotel is also very conveniently located. Price is not high, so this hotel offers excellent value for money.

Room was not ready as requested. Hotel did not have note of earlier request for a rollaway. First room provided was filthy; lamps broken, television remotes broken. Hallways reeked of **** even though there were no smoking signs everywhere.

It was convenient to walk to Wegman's and a short drive to visit family.
Family with children across the hall made it difficult to sleep past 5 AM. Breakfast choices were limited.

The room had a foul smell that was hard to air out.
No batteries in the remote control.
The bath tub was dirty.
I needed a receipt with date of check in printed on it and they were unable to help me with such a basic task

We stayed here one night because all the other hotels we usually stay at in the area were full. We knew not to expect much from a Super 8, however we do expect a clean room and heat. The room was so dirty. There were someone else's socks and cans under the beds and lots of dust. To make things worse, the heat did not work in our room. It was a chilly night. We couldn't wait to leave. Never again. We would've been better off sleeping in our car.
