Уже не первый раз посещаем с мужем данный комплекс. Останавливались и в номере и в домике, все чисто, уборка производится вовремя, отзывчивый персонал. В этот раз заселялись в 2:00 часа ночи, очень быстро оформили нас! Все наши просьбы были учтены. Шикарно отдохнули в сауне N°1 с джакузи. Доставку еды из ресторана заказывали и в сауну и в дом, все приносят очень быстро и горячим. Еда в ресторане, напитки и обслуживание официантов на высшем уровне!!! Считаю что Московским рестораторам ещё поучиться у них!!!

Бывали много раз. Всегда было всё на высоте. Заехали очередной раз 13 апреля, 6 домик. Покрывало грязное, нестиранное, грязное с пятнами грязи, видно что месяцами не стирали, уборка на второй день не делалась, новые мыльнорыльные пришлось звонить на 2й день чтобы принесли, принесли с недовольным видом… покрывало грязное забрали с недовольством что побеспокоили, чистое не принесли… а оно грязным было заправлено на чистую постель… Гостиница начала портиться по уровню сервиса((((

Ходили в сауну и ресторан, сауна чистая, вода в бассейне тёплая, как раз для детей, парилка чудо! В ресторане всё очень понравилось, официанты вежливые, принесли всё быстро, обслуживание отличное, спасибо

Отель для одной ночи, если ты устал с дороги. Заехали поздней ночью, нас хорошо приняли и заселили. Мы снимали на двоих человек отдельный дом, зайдя в дом обнаружили, что все гигиенические принадлежности, полотенца, халат, постельное белье на одного человека. Удивительно?! Пришлось идти и просить, принесли быстро. В доме было прохладно, одеяло на кровати тонкое, не спасало, из 4 батарей в доме работали только 2. По всей территории комплекса не разрешено курить (есть отдельное место), но весь дом прокуренный и пахнет затхлостью, это очень не понравилось. Также снимали баню с бассейном и сауной, в целом не плохо. Сауна была 80 градусов, бассейн слегка бодрящий. Касаемо завтраков, на 2.5-3 из 5. Мы не привередливые, был омлет, колбаса, сыр, хлеб, сосиски, немного сладкой выпечки. В целом можно чуток перекусить) Территория комплекса довольна большая, но по правилам отеля гулять с собаками нельзя! Охранники каждый раз подбегали и говорили, что тут с собаками нельзя! Тогда зачем такая территория, если ничего нельзя? При том, что курить на веранде дома нельзя, но почему-то все курят и Охрана замечания этим людям не делает, тогда вопрос если мы платим деньги за дом, за собак, но при этом нам ничего нельзя и замечания сыпятся в наш адрес касаемо собак!!! Впечатление сгладил их основной ресторан, очень вкусно, как дома. Советуем зайти. Вежливые официанты, домашняя еда и настойки. В общем, впечатления от отеля не самые лучшие и концепция их нам не понятна.

Гостиница с завтраком разнообразным. Номера нормальные, санУзлы не убитые. Стоимость по меркам Иваново наверное великовата, зато территория очень прикольная, есть свой миниРесторан. Ужин который предлагают взять за 500 рублей вроде,.. лучше не стоит ( два раза останавливался тут, и едой не очень доволен ( уж простите,... Всё или очень майонезное или очень жирное (жульен грибной и картошечка на сковородке у меня прям в масле плавала). Есть система скидок, обслуживание на ресепшн уважительное, корректное.
