I booked this hotel because it said “river front view,” however, the only view I had was a busy highway and parking lot. There was no microwave nor mini refrigerator in the room. I was very unpleased with the room I got for the price I paid. Will not visit again.

Hotel was amazing until I work up itching from bed bug then management handled me like I was nobody and they showed little to no concern and did nothing to compensate me for the inconvenience or trip to the emergency room

This place needs a complete overhaul!! Stains on carpet/ mold smell in room/ pin holes in blackout curtains/broken lampshade in my daughters room!! I could go on & on!! Best thing about this place is the River view!! Not worth the money I was charged!!

It was close to where we needed to be in town but the cleanliness was unbelievable. The room conditions were not that of this hotel name should represent. I would definitely never stay here again.

This property badly needs updates. Also, the hotel changed my reservation from what was booked without contacting me. I booked 2 double beds, and it was changed to a king. Parking is expensive. Zero dining options around hotel. Wouldn’t recommend.

The room was very dirty upon check-in. As were the bathrooms. The walls had cracks and very visible wear-tear (paint chipping off, electric outlets not working, etc.)
