Stayed here before and it was nice. I’m guessing based off the remodeling and everything they aren’t showing the rooms as much attention. The 2nd floor lobby by elevators had lights flickering and ice and vending was ripped apart due to construction. Stains and hair on bed. I’m very upset that my stay wasn’t as good as last time. Disappointed.

Everything was very nice, Starbucks sold in the morning doesn’t do blended cold drinks (fraps). Breakfast bar is good, good quality ingredients. A little more on the expensive side. Kitchen staff and bartender were very kind. Cleaning staff ladies were kind. Will be booking here every time I’m in town!

the AC door in our room was broken and made a ridiculously loud noise every time it turned on for the 1st night the second night we took the door off and it was fine

My favorite part of this hotel was the gym. The room was nice but I don’ didn’t like the adjoining door which allowed noise to travel from the room next door. For two nights I listened to a man fuss at his toddler and the third night there was a loud Birthday party.

I was very satisfied with my stay in every way but one. The woman at the front desk around midnight was VERY rude ,mean, unfriendly, and she does not need to be working in the hospitality industry

The Puerto Rican waitress, Paola. She is a nice person. she took care us while the breakfast time. The menu was excellent. The Crue and cleaning stuff are so nice... In my future trips to Jacksonville. I Am Petty sure stop by there..

Hotel was recently remodeled. It was absolutely beautiful. Unfortunately we only stayed one night but recommend it to anyone. The bed was sooo comfy.
