The owners of the hotel are very kind and hospitable and provided great service. They invited me to have New Year's dinner with them. The location is very central. The amenities are a bit old. The cleanliness has definitely to be improved.

The price is okay for a simple stay, but the hotel management needs to be improved in terms of services and facilities. The girl at the front desk has a cold attitude and ignores greetings. She is probably illiterate. After scanning and verifying her ID card, she also asks you to leave the hotel. She had filled out the guest registration form that she was supposed to do; the hotel did not have an elevator, and she was sweating while carrying her luggage up to the fifth floor. If she wanted to go out for a while, she had to make some considerations.
