This hotel is very near to the train station. But a bit pricy compared to other hotels in the area

Stayed there for 2 nights. Super friendly personnel, amazing Service, clean rooms with exquisite interior. The location is perfect for me as the train station is close. When I come back I will definitely stay here!

Great hotel! Great service. Ella and Iris speak great English and are extremely helpful. Ill definitely stay again. Lee also keeps the gym and pool in great condition.

很滿意的一次出行，對面就是火車站，酒店看着很高大上，房間也很大，接待人員服務很周到貼心。早餐西餐廳設定了小童遊樂園這是很多酒店沒有的，工作人員張春林很貼心，問了客人改善意見，知道我們來荊州玩還給我們指路，告知我們目的地不好停車，告知我們附近優先停車點。很好的體驗，下次還選綠地鉑驪。

酒店離高鐵站很近，步行可達，而且從機場來回的交通也很方便，機場巴士就停在酒店樓下。從酒店到荊州古城不遠，搭乘公交也不會耗費太多時間，去沙市則相對遠一些，但也有公交車可以到達。酒店設施中規中矩，房間打掃乾淨整潔。早餐有些特色的食物，比如圓豆泡糯米。五一入住的人很多，本以為早餐時間會很擁擠，但還好，至少座位還是能找到的，服務員收拾的也比較快。

節假日出來旅遊，還可以，就在火車站對面，很好找，辦理入住很快，小童洗漱用品免費提供，性價比可以，停車很方便，健身房和游泳池都有，房間舒適整潔，去各個景點也近，前台Nana也很熱情，退房還送了我們小禮物，推薦！

性價比高。高鐵站對面，停車很方便，去各個景點也方便，入住快，房間舒適，整潔，4樓有免費健身房和游泳池，設施齊全，前台匡姐姐也很熱情，非常迅速的為我們辦理了退房，零等待，效率高。下次還會過來，推薦！

早餐非常一般、衹能算是吃飽那種、房間衞生也非常糟糕、沙發、地上、椅子上到處都是可見的頭髮、餅乾屑、通知客房吸地了還是原樣、真無語了！如果不是不想折騰、早就換酒店了。唯一過得去的是空調給力、不然早撤了。 值得讚的是攜程服務很棒、值得表揚！專業積極解決問題。 但這綠地鉑驪酒店今後絕不再住了。
