The hotel arrived at noon and was not cleaned. A handsome guy with glasses at the front desk patiently explained that there was a team that just checked out and needed cleaning. The attitude was particularly good. The same hotel person could understand. After returning at 17:00 in the afternoon, I checked in. I found that the hot water bottle could not be opened. I called the front desk. A sister in a black suit arrived in 2 minutes on the floor. This speed is absolutely amazing. The speed of handling problems can definitely be praised. The sister explained patiently that when the last guest boiled water, the water exceeded the water level line, which caused the power outage and produced the function of self-protection. I patiently accompanied me to wait for the engineer to come to the repair before leaving. Thanks to the manager wearing glasses at the front desk in white shirt Thanks to the floor manager in the black suit I don't remember their names, but their attitude and ability to handle the problem made me remember what they looked like In these two managers, it reflects the hospitality of the hotel, which also reveals the strict requirements of the management. This is the quality hotel in Jinxiang. The hotel is very new, clean and tidy. The front desk service is very thoughtful. Take the initiative to ask about the preference of the mattress in order to adjust the softness of the mattress. The suggestion is: Jinxiang's tap water has a salty taste, and people who come outside may not be able to make tea with the tap water here. It is best to provide large bottles (such as 1.25 liters) of bottled water. Also, most of the breakfast dishes have peppers. It is recommended to increase the dishes without peppers appropriately.
