I came to Gansu to see the two gates and four counties. I booked the luxury big bed room of Jiuquan Hotel in Jiuquan. I saw that the specifications and standards of this hotel should not be low from various platforms. I did not expect a series of encounters after I came here. Can understand, why are so many problems combined together and still allowed to happen? The first question, the details, clearly indicated on the booking platform that the deluxe double room should be on the tenth floor, but when it came, it was allocated to the fourth floor. The room type was the same, and the details determine success or failure, so why not maintain accurate information on the platform? ? The second question is, after entering the room, I found that the room was not cleaned at all. The front desk told me that it was an error in the maintenance of the room. Should a hotel of this grade and positioning have such an error? Arrived at the hotel at six o'clock but couldn't check in. Can this be explained by a mistake? The third question, the front desk informed me that I could change to a business suite on the 9th floor. After the room was changed, I found that the new room was obviously just renovated. The pungent smell of formaldehyde made me disappear after staying in the room for less than two minutes. Escape, how dare you let guests live in this kind of room? Isn't it just asking for trouble? The fourth question, after waiting for an hour, I can finally move into the originally booked room, but as you look at Figure 8, it is obvious that it was a bathtub, but it was empty, and the room type information registered on the platform by the hotel has a bathtub in the photo. Yes, I asked the waiter to find out that there was a bathtub in this place, but it was broken and moved away, and it has not been replaced. In fact, other rooms of the same room type have bathtubs. So the question is, I want to know how the hotel chooses which guest to stay in this room? Why was I selected? Shouldn't this kind of defective room be sold to guests anymore? If you have to sell it, you should at least ask the customer in advance if you accept this situation. I have booked this hotel nearly a month ago, so why am I still assigned this room? Is this fair to me? Or does the hotel judge that I am a very tolerant person based on my information? The fifth question is about the details. There is only one towel in the bathroom. The waiter said that this room type should also put towels on the bathtub. Isn't it possible that the bathtub is not provided, even the towels are reluctant to give it? The sixth question is still a matter of details. Look at Figure 9, the door lock is also broken, and the bathtub is not easy to repair. Isn't even the door lock easy to repair? As for the lack of hot water in the bath, I don’t want to say more. Maybe it’s really not a question of attitude, it’s just beyond my ability. I really didn’t expect that this hotel would use so many questions to entertain me alone. Now everyone in the industry is struggling with services, but you are exposing the problems so intensively. Is your work done meticulously? Do you have a plan for the occurrence of typical problems? Is the accumulation of so many problems really unsolvable?
