We loved our stay here! Service was excellent. We were initially given a room which had some water damage on the ceiling of the toilet. The staff quickly rectified it and gave us a new room which met our standards. The stay here was great thanks to the staff and comfortable rooms.

Hotel excellent, Service Incredible, attention great, food delicious. Everything was ok. Nevertheless Trip offered us a Theater Tickets and the staff said, this is not a reservation from Hotel, they don’t have tickets, this issue need to clarify directly with Trip. Until now nothing clarified with trip. Offering extra events without respect about that is not a good service. Sorry. We took a foot bath Massage sesión, they had a extra charge for the oil they used. That was not fair. Nevertheless I will use again this hotel, reservation directly with hotel and no massage. As I commented, the best hotel in Jiuzhaigo.😌

房間乾淨，有榻榻米。早餐味道還可以，種類不算太多但也能滿足早餐的選擇了。旁邊的邊邊街有便利店、餐飲、水果攤，挺方便。來回高鐵站的大巴車在隔壁酒店的院子裏上下，很便利。退房很早，酒店還準備了小麪包酸奶之類的餐給我們帶着，很貼心。感謝前台小譚，服務態度很好，住店問題可以隨時聯繫她。

帶孩子訂的親子房，酒店給升級親子套房。小朋友很喜歡。早餐也很豐富，離溝口不到2公里，出門打車去溝口15元。總體很不錯。服務態度也很好。

酒店環境很好，給我們免費做了升級，升級後房間很大，聽説我們住的2棟樓和3棟樓都是新裝修過的，房間真的漂亮，衞生間淋浴室乾濕分離，裝修舒服簡潔風，傢俱都很新，打掃的很乾凈，性價比很高。
到酒店就有服務生給幫忙把行李送到房間，還會介紹房間的各類設備，很周到。
第二天早上的早飯很豐富，酒店入住的客户很多，早上吃飯的人很多，但上菜都很及時，基本沒有怎麼看到過空盤，收拾餐具的速度也很快，能滿足住户趕時間的需要。
