It was good for a night. The location was near lots of restaurants and right off the highway. The pool was closed and nasty. The staff working were great!

I paid for this room and there are 3 very small pillows. When we requested a few more we were advised they don’t provide extra pillows. I am giving this hotel a 0; the room is musty and they are to cheap to provide any extra amenity to their customers. Joplin, MO is the worst one, I have never been treated like this. Customers shouldn’t be made to feel like they are inconveniencing the staff. Avoid this Super 8 in Joplin MO, it isn’t worth it.

We stayed 4 nights and we had to go get clean towels our selves thay never changed them out they empted the trash but that was all

Smells like mildew and mold
We were on the first floor and the noise all night from the second floor was absolutely annoying.
Hallway needed vacuumed and cleaned. Door to enter the hotel hadn’t been washed or cleaned ever. When we arrived the ladies from the front desk was sitting at the entry of the place smoking. I would not ever recommend. We left coughing from the mold smell. We couldn’t wait to leave.

The old saying "you get what you pay for" is so true at this place. I brought a bathing suit, thinking I would sit in the hot tub. The swimming pool had trash on top of the water. The hot tub was empty. The room is very minimal. No cups to drink with. Someone had a dog, I saw a cat sitting on the window sill. I locked myself out of my room and had to wait 15 minutes for the desk clerk to get out of the restroom. Will I stay there again, NO!!!

Stay away. The place is barely in business. The pool was green, the front door had caution tape around it and no sign to use an alternate door, the TV did not work, and the staff was rude and uncooperative. We decided not to stay, and we still have not received a refund after a month. Stay away.

Had constant trouble with the TV remote told the office n they changed the batteries but still had problems...
Water in the tub would back up while showering! Had to fight with the refrigerator door to get it open cause the cabinet it set is was broken!
Continental breakfast was a joke!
Staff was responsive n cleanliness was good ...
